Sastojci: 1 L punomasnog mleka, 12 kašika pirinčanog brašna ili 7 kašika kukuruznog skroba (gustina), 150g šećera, 250ml pavlake za šlag umucene ili slaga ili 250ml mleka, 1,5 kašičice mlevenog kardamoma, za ukrasavanje - pistaći ili bilo koji drugim orasasti plodovi, kokosovi brasno, suvo groždje.
Priprema:
1. U šerpi pomešajte punomasno mleko, pavlaku za šlag ili slag, šećer i pirinčano brašno ili kukuruzni skrob i dobro umutite dok se ne rastvori.
2. Stavite lonac na srednju vatru i mutite neprekidno oko 10 minuta dok ne počne da se zgušnjava.
3. Smanjite temperaturu na nisku i nastavite da mutite još nekoliko minuta dok se ne zgusne do konzistencije pudinga. Uverite se da ste smanjili vatru i nastavite da mešate tako da mleko ne uhvati dno lonca i ne izgori.
4. Uklonite sa vatre i dodajte kardamom.
5. Stavite u male šoljice za desert i ostavite u frižideru 2-3 sata.
6. Kada ste spremni za posluživanje, ukrasite pistaćima ili orasastim plodovima, kokosom i/ili suvim grožđem.
Ingredients: 1 L whole milk, 12 tablespoons rice flour or 7 tablespoons corn starch, 150g sugar, 250ml whipping cream or 250ml milk, 1.5 teaspoons ground cardamom, for topping - pistachios or any other nuts, shredded coconut, raisins.
Preparation:
1. In a pot, mix the whole milk, whipping cream, sugar and rice flour or corn starch and whisk well until dissolved.
2. Place pot on medium heat and whisk continuously for about 10 minutes until it starts to thicken.
3. Lower the heat to low and continue whisking for a few more minutes until thickened to a pudding consistency. Ensure you lower the heat and continue whisking so the milk does not catch the bottom of the pot and burn.
4. Remove from heat and add cardamom.
5. Place in small dessert cups and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
6. When ready to serve, garnish with pistachioss or nuts, coconut and/or raisins.
