Sastojci: 4 jaja, 3 paprike (crvena, zelena), 3 paradajza, 2 struka mladog luka, maslinovo ulje, 2 kasike svezeg peršuna (seckanog).
Priprema:
1. Oprati, ocistiti i iseci na kocke papriku, paradajz i mladi luk. Pre sekanja paradajz oljustiti.
2. Umututi jaja viljuskom.
3. Prziti na maslinovom ulju na srednje niskoj temperaturi mladi luk, 2 minuta mesajuci. Dodati papriku i prziti jos 3 minuta. Kad paradaj omeksa Dodati persun i prziti jos minut-dva.
4. Dodati jaja i persun i prziti dok jaja ne budu gotova.
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 3 peppers (red, green), 3 tomatoes, 2 spring onions, olive oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley (chopped).
Preparation:
1. Wash, clean and dice the peppers, tomatoes and spring onions. Before cutting, peel the tomato.
2. Beat the eggs with a fork.
3. Fry the spring onions in olive oil at a medium-low temperature, stirring for 2 minutes. Add peppers and fry for another 3 minutes. When the tomatoes are soft, add the parsley and fry for another minute or two.
4. Add eggs and parsley and fry until the eggs are done.
