Kuglice od kuvanog krompira (Boiled potato balls)

Sastojci: 2 kg krompira, 2 sargarepe, 1 koren persuna, 2 komada korena celera (oko 2cm), 1 kasicica belog luka (u prahu), 200g majoneza, 200g kikirikija (neslan, mleven), 150g susama (prepecen), 150g krekera ili pereca ili grisina (slanih, mlevenih), 150g lana, 150g semenki suncokreta, 150g semenke bundeve (mlevene).

Priprema:

1. Krompir oprati, oljustiti i iseci na manje komade. Sargarepu, koren persuna i celera oljustiti.

2. U serpu staviti krompir, sargarepu, koren persuna i celera i kuvati dok krompir ne omeksa. Izvaditi sargarepu, koren persuna i celera. Ocediti.

3. Izgnjeciti krompir.

4. Dodati majonez i promesati da se sjedini.

5. Podeliti na 6 delova.

Prvi deo - deo krompira, 100g mlevenog kikirikija. Promesati da se sjedini. Napraviti kuglice. Uvaljati u mleveni kikiriki.

Drugi deo - deo krompira, 100g susama. Promesati da se sjedini. Napraviti kuglice. Uvaljati u susam.

Treci deo - deo krompira, 100g krekera ili pereca ili grisina. Promesati da se sjedini. Napraviti kuglice. Uvaljati u krekera ili perece ili grisine.

Cetvrti deo - deo krompira, 100g lana. Promesati da se sjedini. Napraviti kuglice. Uvaljati u lan.

Peti deo - deo krompira, 100g semenki suncokreta. Promesati da se sjedini. Napraviti kuglice. Uvaljati u susam.

Sesti deo - deo krompira, 100g semenke bundeve. Promesati da se sjedini. Napraviti kuglice. Uvaljati u semenke bundeve.

Ingredients: 2 kg of potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 parsnip or parsley root, 2 pieces of celery root (about 2 cm), 1 teaspoon of garlic (powder), 200g of mayonnaise, 200g of peanuts (unsalted, ground), 150g of sesame seeds (toasted), 150g of crackers or pretzels or breadsticks (salted, ground), 150g of flax seeds, 150g of sunflower seeds, 150g of pumpkin seeds (ground).

Preparation:

1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into smaller pieces. Peel the carrots, parsley and celery roots.

2. Put potatoes, parsley root and celery in a pot and cook until the potatoes are soft. Take out the carrots, parsley root and celery. Drain.

3. Mash the potatoes.

4. Add mayonnaise and stir to combine.

5. Divide into 6 parts.

First part - part of potatoes, 100g of ground peanuts. Stir to combine. Make balls. Roll in ground peanuts.

Second part - part of potatoes, 100g of sesame seeds. Stir to combine. Make balls. Roll in sesame seeds.

Third part - part of potatoes, 100g of crackers or pretzels or breadsticks. Stir to combine. Make balls. Roll in crackers or pretzels or breadsticks.

Fourth part - part of potatoes, 100g of flax seeds. Stir to combine. Make balls. Roll in flax seeds.

Fifth part - part of potatoes, 100g of sunflower seeds. Stir to combine. Make balls. Roll in sunflower seeds.

Sixth part - part of potatoes, 100g of pumpkin seeds. Stir to combine. Make balls. Roll in pumpkin seeds.
