Projice sa jogurtom (Cornbread muffins with buttermilk)

Sastojci: 270g zutog kukuruznog brasna, 100g belog kukuruznog brasna, 150g psenicnog brasna, 3 jaja, 540ml jogurta, 200ml ulja, 10g praska za pecivo, 1/2 kasicice soli.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati zuto i belo kukuruzno brasno, psenicno brasno, prasak za pecivo i so.

2) Dodati ulje i jogurt i mesati da se dobije ujednacena smesa.

3) Pleh namazati margarinom i posuti sa malo kukuruznog ili psenicnog brasna ili staviti papir za pecenje. Sipati smesu.

4) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 20 minuta. Proveriti cackalicom da je peceno. Ako cackalica izadje suva, bez testa, peceno je.

5) Izvaditi iz rerne i ostaviti da se ohladi.

6) Seci na kocke.

Napomena: ako koristite pleh za mafine, duzina pecenja ce biti duza.

Ingredients: 270g yellow corn flour, 100g white corn flour, 150g wheat flour, 3 eggs, 540ml yogurt, 200ml oil, 10g baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Preparation:

1) Mix yellow and white corn flour, wheat flour, baking powder and salt.

2) Add oil and yogurt and mix to get a uniform mixture.

3) Spread margarine on the baking pan and sprinkle with a little corn or wheat flour or put baking paper. Pour the mixture.

4) Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 20 minutes. Check with a toothpick if it is baked. If the toothpick comes out dry, without dough, it is baked.

5) Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

6) Cut into cubes.

Note: if you use a muffin tin, the baking length will be longer.
