Pepermint bombone za svez dah (Peppermint fresh breath candy)

Sastojci: 12 kasika meda, 1 1/2 kasicice korena djumbira (rendanog), 1/4 kasicice cimeta (mlevenog), 1/4 kasicice karanfilica (mlevenog), 1/2 kasicice bentonit gline, 7 kapi esencijalnog ulja peperminta, 7 kapi esencijalnog ulja limuna, 5 kapi esencijalnog ulja rimske kamilice, cimet ili soda bikarbona za posipanje.

Priprema: 

1) U serpicu staviti med, djumbir, cimet, karanfilic, glinu i esencijalna ulja i mesati i pustiti da prokljuca. Skloniti sa vatre i nastavite da mesate dok se ne smanji pena.

2) Vratiti na sporet i zagrevati dok ne dostigne temperaturu od 150 C.

3) Kapnuti malo u casu hladne vode. Ako je se stvori tvrda loptica spremno je. Ako je rastegljivo ili mekano vratiti na sporet jos 1 minut pa ponovo proveriti.

4) Sipati u modle za bombone ili vaditi drvenom kasikom na papir za pecenje.

5) Ostaviti da se stvrdne na sobnoj temperaturi.

6) Posuti sodom bikarbonom ili cimetom da se ne bi lepile ili uviti u papir za bombone.

Napomena: soda bikarbona je dobra za stomak.

Ingredients: 12 teaspoons of honey, 1 1/2 teaspoons of ginger root, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground), 1/4 teaspoons of clove (ground), 1/2 teaspoons of bentonite clay, 7 drops of peppermint essential oil, 7 drops lemon essential oil, 5 drops of roman chamomile essential oil, cinnamon or baking soda.

Preparation:

1) Put honey, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, clay and essential oils in the saucepan and stir; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and continue to stir until the foam is reduced.

2) Return to the stove and heat until it reaches a temperature of 150 C.

3) Drizzle a little in cold water. If a hard ball is made it is ready. If it is stretchy or soft, return to the stove for another 1 minute then check again.

4) Pour into candy molds or pull out with a wooden spoon on baking paper.

5) Allow to harden at room temperature.

6) Sprinkle with baking soda or cinnamon to prevent them from sticking or wrap in candy paper.

Note: baking soda is good for the stomach.
