Lepinje punjene mlevenim mesom (Buns filled with minced meat)

Sastojci: 500g brašna, 10 g suvog kvasca ili 30g svežeg kvasca, 1 kašika šećera, 1/2 kašičice soli, 60ml ulja, 300ml vode, 500g mlevenog mesa, 1 glavica crnog luka (sitno iseckanog), 3 čena belog luka (sitno iseckanog), 3 kašike maslinovog ulja, 1 kašičica majčine dušice, 1/2 kašičice kima, 50 g oraha (iseckanih), 1 jaje, susam

Priprema:

1. U činiju stavite suvi ili svež kvasac, šećer i 1 kašiku brašna. Ostavite da naraste na toplom mestu 15 minuta.

2. Dodati ostatak brašna, so i ulje. Mesiti testo oko 8 minuta.


3. Prebacite testo u podmazanu posudu i ostavite da naraste 1 sat.

4. Pržite luk 2-3 minuta, dodajte beli luk i pržite još 2 minuta. Dodajte mleveno meso, so, biber, majčinu dušicu, kim i orahe i pržite 10 minuta uz stalno mešanje. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

5. Podeliti testo na 15 jednakih delova i svaki deo oblikovati u lopticu. Razvaljati loptice u krug. U sredinu stavite 1 kašiku fila, čvrsto zatvorite testo i oblikujte loptu. Stavite sve kuglice u pleh, pokriti i ostaviti 20 minuta.

6. Lepinje premazati umućenim jajetom, posuti susamom i peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 180C 20 minuta.

Ingredients: 500g of flour, 10g of dry yeast or 30g of fresh yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 60ml of oil, 300ml of water, 500g of minced meat, 1 onion (finely chopped), 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped), 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 50g of walnuts (chopped), 1 egg, sesame seeds.

Preparation:

1. Place dry or fresh yeast, sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour in a bowl. Let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.

2. Add the rest of the flour, salt and oil. Knead the dough for about 8 minutes.

3. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.

4. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes, add the garlic and fry for another 2 minutes. Add minced meat, salt, pepper, thyme, cumin and walnuts and fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Leave to cool.

5. Divide the dough into 15 equal parts and shape each part into a ball. Roll the balls into a circle. Put 1 tablespoon of filling in the middle, close the dough tightly and form a ball. Put all the balls in a tray, cover and leave for 20 minutes.

6. Coat the buns with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
