Sastojci: 4 pileca filea (oko 200g po jednom fileu), prsuta, 4 kasike maslinovog ulja, za sos - 1 praziluk, 200g fete, 400ml pavlake za kuvanje, 1 kasice belog luka (u prahu), 1 kasicica majcine dusice, so i margarin.
Priprema:
1. Pileci file iseci na manje komade i posoliti. Praziluk ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Izgnjeciti fetu viljuskom.
2. Omotati parce prsute oko svakog komada pileceg mesa.
3. Na maslinovom ulju proprziti meso sa obe strane po 2 minuta. Izvaditi meso.
4. Za sos - u tiganj dodati praziluk i na srednje niskoj temperaturi (3) proprziti nekoliko minuta.
5. Dodati fetu i pavlaku za kuvanje mesajuci da se sjedine. Kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) dok se malo ne zgusne.
6. Dodati beli luk i majcinu dusicu, promesati i nastaviti sa krckanjem.
7. Pleh namazati sa malo margarina. Staviti sos od fete, poredjati urolano pilece meso.
8. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 30 minuta.
Ingredients: 4 chicken fillets (about 200g per fillet), prosciutto, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, for the sauce - 1 leek, 200g of feta, 400ml of cooking cream, 1 tablespoon of garlic (powder), 1 teaspoon of thyme, salt and margarine.
Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillets into smaller pieces and add salt. Clean and finely chop the leek. Mash the feta with a fork.
2. Wrap pieces of prosciutto around each piece of chicken meat.
3. Fry the meat in olive oil for 2 minutes on both sides. Take out the meat.
4. For the sauce - add leeks to the pan and fry for a few minutes at a medium-low temperature (3).
5. Add feta and cooking cream to the mixture to combine. Cook at medium temperature (4) until it thickens a little.
6. Add garlic and thyme, mix and continue to simmer.
7. Grease the baking tray with a little margarine. Put the feta sauce, arrange the rolled chicken meat.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes.
