Krem od pudinga i slatke pavlake bez jaja (Cream of pudding and heavy cream without eggs)

Sastojci: 1 L mleka, 80 g pudinga od vanile (u prahu), 70 g sećera, 20 g vanilin secera, 250 g margarina (sobne temperature), 90 ml slatke pavlake.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati puding, 250 ml mleka i secer da nema grudvica.

2. Ostatak mleka staviti da prokljuca na visoku temperaturu (6).

3. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4), Dodati mesavinu pudinga i mesajuci kuvati 5 do 7 minuta.

4. Pokriti providnom folijom I ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ako nemate foliju mesajte cesto da se ne stvori korica.

5. Margarin penasto umutiti sa vanilin secerom.

6. Umutiti slatku pavlaku.

7. U ohladjen puding dodati margarin i mutiti mikserom da se sjedini.

8. Dodati umucenu slatku pavlaku i mutiti mikserom da se sjedini.

Ingredients: 1 L of milk, 80 g of vanilla pudding (powder), 70 g of sugar, 20 g of vanilla sugar, 250 g of margarine (room temperature), 90 ml of heavy cream.

Preparation:

1. Mix the pudding, 250 ml of milk and sugar so that there are no lumps.

2. Put the rest of the milk to boil at a high temperature (6).

3. Reduce to medium temperature (4), add the pudding mixture and cook the mixture for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring.

4. Cover with transparent foil and leave to cool.

If you don't have foil, stir often so that a crust does not form.

5. Beat margarine with vanilla sugar until foamy.

6. Whip the heavy cream.

7. Add margarine to the cooled pudding and beat with a mixer to combine.

8. Add the whipped heavy cream and beat with a mixer to combine.
