Kolacici sa lesnicima i zacinima (Cookies with hazelnuts and spices)

Sastojci: 275g običnog brašna, 50g bademovog brašna, 50g mlevenih lešnika, 50g mlevenih badema, 250g putera (sobne temperature), 175g monk voćnog šećera, prstohvat morske soli, 2 kašičice mlevenog cimeta, 1 kašičica mlevenog đumbira, ½ kašičice mlevenog karanfilića, 1 kašičice ekstrakta vanile, 2 kasike mleka, za glazuru - 90g šećera u prahu na 25 ml tople vode.

Priprema:

1. U činiji pomešati brašno, bademovo brašno, lešnike i bademe. 

2. Dodajte puter i utrljajte tako da izgleda kao grudvice.


3. Dodajte šećer, so i začine i promešati.

4. Dodati ekstrakt vanile i mleko i umesiti testo.

5. Formirati valjak dužine oko 6 cm. Isecite krugove debljine 1/2 cm. Zatim pritisnite viljuškom po sredini da se keksi spljošte. 

6. Obložite pleh papirom za pečenje i poređajte kolačiće praveći razmak između njih. 

7. Zagrejati rernu na 180 C. 

8. Pecite 15 do 20 minuta. 

Menjaju boju i postaju mirisne. Testirati cackalicom - trebala bi da bude čista.

Ingredients: 275g plain flour

50g almond flour, 50g ground hazelnuts, 50g ground almonds, 250g butter (room temp), 175g monk fruit sugar, pinch sea salt, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger, ½ tsp ground cloves, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp milk, for icing to glaze - 90g of icing sugar to 25ml warm water.

Preparation:

1. Mix the flour, almond flour, hazelnuts and almonds together in a bowl. 

2. Add the butter and rub together so it looks like big breadcrumbs.

3. Add the sugar, salt and spices and mix.

4. Add the vanilla extract and milk and knead into a dough.

5. Form logs about 6 cm long. Cut circles 1/2 cm thick. Then press with a fork in the middle to flatten the biscuits. 

6. Line a cookie sheet with baking paper and arrange cookies making space between them. 

7. Preheat the oven to 180 C. 

8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. 

They change colour and become fragrant. Test with a skewer - it should come clean.
