Belgijska juneca corba (Belgian beef stew)

Sastojci: 500g juneceg mesa, za marinadu - 1 crni luk, 4 cena belog luka ili 2 kasicice belog luka u prahu, 1 grancica ruzmarina svezeg, 1/2 kasicice suvog timijana, 4 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 2 kasike crvenog vinskog sirceta, 1 kasika senfa, maslinovo ulje, komad margarina, za corbu - 140ml belgijskog tamnog piva, 2 lista lovora, 400ml junece supe, 1 kasika meda, maslinovo ulje. 

Priprema:
1) Junece meso iseci na kocke. Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. 
2) U plasticnu kesu staviti meso. U ciniji pomesati crni i beli luk, ruzmarin, timijan, persun, sirce i 2 kasike maslinovog ulja. Promesati dobro i dodati u kesu sa junetinom. Zatvoriti kesu i promesati sastojke. Ostaviti u frizideru najmanje 4 sata a moze i preko noci.
3) Izvaditi grancicu ruzmarina.
4) U serpu sipati 1 kasiku maslinovog ulja i komad margarina i ugrejati. Dodati meso sa sve marinadom i prziti dok ne postane braonkasto. 
 5) Dodati pivo, supu, listove lovora i med. Promesati. Kada provri smanjiti na srednje nisku temperaturu (3), poklopiti i krckati 1 sat i 30 minuta. Skinuti poklopac i krckati jos 30 minuta. Izvaditi listove lovora.
6) Senf namazati na hleb.

Predlog: posluziti uz krompir pire ili pecen krompir sa sosom od mirodjije.

Ingredients: 500g of beef meat, for marinade - 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic or 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 sprig of rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, 4 tablespoons of parsley leaf (finely chopped), 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of mustard, olive oil, a piece of margarine, for stew - 140ml of Belgian dark beer, 2 bay leaves, 400ml of beef soup, 1 tablespoon of honey, olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Cut the meat into cubes. Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop.
2) Put the meat into the plastic bag. In a bowl mix the onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir well and add to the beef bag. Close the bag and mix the ingredients. Leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours and even overnight.
3) Remove the rosemary sprig.
4) In a pot, pour 1 tbsp of olive oil and a piece of margarine and heat. Add the meat with all the marinade and fry until it is brown.
5) Add beer, soup, bay leaves and honey. Stir. When it boils reduce to medium-low temperature (3), cover and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove the lid and simmer for another 30 minutes. Remove the bay leaves.
6) Put mustard on the bread.


Suggestion: serve with mashed potatoes or baked potatoes with dill cream.
