Sastojci: 6 jabuka, 2 kasike secera, 750ml soka od jabuka.4 kasike secera, 20g vanilin secera ili 1 kasicica vanila ekstrakta, 80g pudinga od vanile u prahu.
Priprema:
1) Jabuke oljustiti i iseci na kockice. Pomesati puding sa 200ml soka od jabuka i mesajuci napraviti ujednacenu smesu.
2) Jabuke staviti u serpu, dodati secer i prziti dok ne puste svoj sok i secer se istopi.
3) U serpu staviti 550ml soka od jabuka dodati 4 kasike secera i vanilin secer i kuvati dok se secer ne otopi. Dodati smesu pudinga i soka od jabuka konstantno mesaju dok sipate i kuvati krem.
4) U vruc krem dodati jabuke i promesati.
Ovaj krem mozete odmah filovati ako koristite gotove bikvit kore ili keks ili mozete peci u rerni ako koristite biskvit koji tek treba da se pece, a mozete i posluziti sa slagom ili sladoledom.

1) Peel apples and cut into cubes. Mix the pudding with 200ml apple juice and mix to make a even mixture.
2) Put apples in a pot, add sugar and fry until they release their juice and the sugar is melted.
3) Put 550ml of apple juice in the pot, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Add the pudding and apple juice to the mixture constantly whisking as you pour and cook the cream.
4) Add the apples to the hot cream and stir.
You can use this filling immediately if you use store bought biscuit crusts or plain biscuits (crackers like) or you can bake in the oven if you use a biscuit that needs to be baked, and you can also serve with the whipped cream or ice cream.
