Pecen krompir sa kremom od mirodjije (Baked potatoes with dill cream)

Sastojci: krem od mirodjije, 800g crvenog krompira, 60ml ulja, 1 kasicica soli, 1 kasika suvog ruzmarina.

Priprema:

1. Zagrejati rernu na 200 stepeni.
2. Krompir staviti u serpu. Naliti vodu i ostaviti pola sata. Zatim dobro oprati krompir.
2. Ako koristite male krompire isecite na polovine, a ako koristite vece, isecite na kolutove.
3. U ciniju staviti ulje, so i ruzmarin. Dodati krompir i promesati da se obloze svi komadi krompira.
4. U pleh staviti krompir u jedan red i peci oko 45-60 minuta. U toku pecenja dva puta promesati krompir.
5. Pecen krompir posluziti uz krem od mirodjije.

Ingredients: dill cream, 800g of red potatoes, 60ml oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 200 C degrees.
2. Place potatoes in the pot. Put water and leave for half an hour. Then, wash well potatoes.
3. If you are using small potatoes, cut them in half, and if you are using a larger, cut into rings.
4. In a bowl put oil, salt and rosemary. Add potatoes and stir to coat all the pieces of potatoes.
5. In the pan put the potatoes in a single layer and bake for about 45-60 minutes. During baking stir twice.

6. Baked potatoes serve with dill cream.
