Humus tost s paradajzom i pesto sosom
Sastojci: 2 parceta hleba bez glutena, tost, 4 kašike humusa (obicnog), 1 paradajz, 2 kašike pesto sosa, za posipanje semenke suncokreta ili bundeve, susam ili lan ili mleveni orasi.
Priprema:
1.Premažite tost humusom.
2. Poredjate paradajz isecen na ploske narezanom paradajzom i premazite pesto sosom.
3. Pospite sa nekim semenkama ili orasima.
Hummus toast with tomato and pesto sauce
Ingredients: 2 slices of gluten-free bread, toast, 4 tablespoons of hummus (regular), 1 tomato, 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce, for sprinkling sunflower or pumpkin seeds, sesame or flax or ground nuts.
Preparation:
1. Spread hummus on toast.
2. Arrange the sliced tomatoes with the sliced tomatoes and cover with the pesto sauce.
3. Sprinkle with some seeds or nuts.
Humus tost s pecurkama
Sastojci: 500g pecuraka (iseckanih), 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 1 kašičica belog luka u prahu, 2 kašičice ruzmarina, prstohvat morske soli, 2 parceta hleba bez glutena, 4 kašike humusa, malo kumina, malo korijandera, malo bosiljka i persuna.
Priprema:
1. Zagrejati maslinovo ulje na srednjoj tempetaturi (4). Dodati pečurke i pržiti 2-3 minuta. Kada pečurke omekšaju, pospite ih belim lukom, ruzmarinom i solju. Nastaviti sa kuvanjem dok pečurke potpuno ne omekšaju. Procedite tečnost.
2. Premazati hleb humusom.
3. Stavite tople pečurke i ukrasite mlevenim biberom i začinskim biljem.
Hummus toast with mushrooms
Ingredients: 500g of mushrooms (chopped), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of rosemary, a pinch of sea salt, 2 slices of gluten-free bread, 4 tablespoons of hummus, a little cumin, a little coriander, a little basil and parsley.
Preparation:
1. Heat the olive oil on a medium temperature (4). Add mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes. When the mushrooms are soft, sprinkle them with garlic, rosemary and salt. Continue cooking until the mushrooms are completely soft. Strain the liquid.
2. Spread hummus on the bread.
3. Place the warm mushrooms and garnish with ground pepper and herbs.
Tost sa avokadom i rakovima
Sastojci: 2 kriške integralnog hleba, 1 avokado, 1 paradajz, 6 srednjih škampa (kuvanih), 4 kašičice maslinovog ulja, 2 kriške limuna, prstohvat soli.
Priprema:
1. Tostirajte hleb. Izvadite košticu iz avokada i izgnječite ga viljuškom. Očistite paradajz i isecite ga na krugove.
2. Na jednu krišku hleba stavite avokado i ravnomerno ga rasporedite. Dodajte 3 škampa i stavite kriške paradajza na vrh.
3. Prelijte maslinovim uljem, limunovim sokom i posolite.
Avocado and shrimp toast
Ingredients: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 avocado, 1 tomato, 6 medium shrimp (cooked), 4 teaspoons of olive oil, 2 slices of lemon, pinch of salt.
Preparation:
1. Toast the bread. Remove the pit from the avocado and mash it with a fork. Clean the tomato and cut it into circles.
2. On one slice of bread put avocado and spread it evenly. Add 3 shrimps and place tomato slices on top.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle with salt.
Tost sa lososom i omletom
Sastojci: 2 kriške integralnog hleba, 1 komad lososa (prženog), 2 kašičice maslinovog ulja, 1 kriška limuna, 1-2 jajeta, 2-3 kašike praziluka (zeleni deo), 1 paradajz.
Priprema:
1. Tostirajte kriške hleba. Prelijte ga maslinovim uljem. Očistite paradajz i isecite ga. Praziluk očistite i isecite na male komadiće. Umutite jaja viljuškom. Dodajte praziluk u jaja. Isprziti losos.
2. Ispecite jaja sa prazilukom u tiganju na srednje jakoj vatri (5) dok ne budu gotovo.
3. Na tost stavite polovinu omleta, pa stavite lososa. Iscedite limun preko lososa. Na vrh stavite kriške paradajza i preklopite preko druge polovine omleta.
Toast with salmon and omelette
Ingredients: 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 piece salmon (fried), 2 tsp olive oil, 1 lemon wedges, 1-2 eggs, 2-3 tbsp of leeks (green part), 1 tomato.
Preparation:
1. Toast the slices of bread. Drizzle it with olive oil. Clean the tomato and slice it. Clean the leeks and cut them into small pieces. Whisk the eggs with a fork. Add leeks to the eggs. Fry salmon.
2. Fry eggs with leeks in a skillet over medium high heat (5) until done.
3. On the toast place half of the omelette, then place salmon. Squeeze lemon over the salmon. On top, put tomato slices and fold over the other half of the omelette.
