Sastojci: 230 g sirovih indijskih oraha (namočenih preko noći, oceđenih), 2 kašike limunovog soka, 120 ml kokosovog krema ili kokosovog mleka (punomasno, nezaslađeno), 1 kašičica belog sirćeta, ⅓ kašičice soli, 1 kašičice crnog luka (u prahu), 1/2 kašičice mirodjije (suve) .
Uputstva:
1. Dodajte natopljene indijske oraščiće u blender sa limunovim sokom, kokosovim kremom, belim sirćetom, solju i crnim lukom i izmiksajte. Redovno se zaustavljajte i sastružite sa stranica, a zatim nastavite dok ne bude veoma glatka.
2. Prebacite u činiju pa dodajte sušeni mirodjiju i promešajte.
3. Čuvajte u frižideru da se stegne preko noći
4. Čuvajte ga u frižideru oko 5 dana ili zamrznite do 3 meseca.
Dobićete oko 350g.
Ingredients: 230g raw cashews (soaked overnight, drained), 2 tbsp lemon juice, 120ml coconut cream or coconut milk (full fat, unsweetened), 1 tsp white vinegar, ⅓ tsp salt, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp dill (dried).
Instructions:
1. Add the soaked cashews to the blender with the lemon juice, coconut cream, white vinegar, salt and onion powder and blend. Stop regularly and scrape down the sides and then continue until it’s very smooth.
2. Transfer to a bowl and then add in the dried dill and stir it.
3. Keep stored in the fridge to firm up overnight
4. Keep it stored in the fridge for around 5 days or freeze it for up to 3 months.
You will get about 350g.
