Sastojci: 400 ml mleka, 100 ml jogurta, 100 ml ulja, 80 g secera, 20 g vanilin šećera, 300 g brašna, 10 g praška za pecivo, 1 prstohvat soli, 2 veća jaja, ½ kasicice cimeta (mlevenog).
Priprema:
0. Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo, vanilin secer, so i cimet.
1. Pažljivo odvojiti belanaca od zumanca.
2. Umutiti belancs sa šećerom u čvrst sneg.
3. Dodati žumanca, jogurt, ulje i mleko i mutiti mikserom da se sjedini.
4. Dodati brašno, i mutiti još malo mikserom na najmanoj brzini, dok se ne razbiju grudvice.
5. Sipati malo ulja u tiganju i salvetom pokupiti visak ulja. Ostaviti da se ugreje na jakoj vatri (6).
6. Sipati kutlacom smesu u tiganj. Smanjiti na srednje nisku temperaturu (3) i prziti dok se ne pojave baloncici. Okrenuti i peci jos koji minut.
Predlog: palačinke filovati eurokremom, domacom nutelom ili nutela kremom, medom, prelivom i kremom, otopljenom čokoladom ili domacom belim cokoladom, pospite mlevenim orasastim plodovima ili keksom I preko stavite voce.

Preparation:
0. Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and cinnamon.
1. Carefully separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.
2. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff.
3. Add egg yolks, yogurt, oil and milk and beat with a mixer to combine.
4. Add flour, and beat a little more with a mixer at the lowest speed, until the lumps are broken.
5. Pour a little oil in the pan and use a napkin to pick up the excess oil. Let it warm up over high heat (6).
6. Pour the mixture into the pan with a ladle. Reduce to medium-low temperature (3) and fry until bubbles appear. Turn and bake for another minute or two.
Suggestion: fill pancakes with homemade hazelnut cream or Nutella cream or homemade Nutella, honey, topping and cream, melted chocolate or homemade white chocolate, sprinkle with ground nuts or biscuits and top with fruits.
