Caj od zrna ovsa (Oat grain tea)

Caj od zrna ovsa za decu za jacanje imuniteta. Ovaj caj je dobar za ublazavanje bolova kod cira na zelucu, gastritisa, kod hroničnog hepatitisa i pankreatitisa, upale bubrega i bešike, kao i u lečenju prehlade i gripa.

Za ciscenje jetre, ubrzavanje metabolizma i jacanje organizma.

Sastojci: 250g ovsa (oljusteni), 1 L vode.

Priprema:

1. U kljucalu vodu staviti ovas i kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) oko 45 minuta.

2. Ostaviti 20 minuta.


3. Procediti.

4. Piti dve solje na dan.

Ovseni caj protiv upale pluća kod dece

Sastojci: 250g ovsa (neoljusteni), 1 L mleka.

Priprema:

1. Ovas dobro oprati i ocediti.

2. U mleko staviti ovas i kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) oko 70 minuta.

3. Procediti.

4. Piti nekoliko puta na dan.
