Sastojci: 450g brasna, 250g kackavalja, 50g hladnog margarina, 10g praska za pecivo, 230ml mleka, 2 do 3 kasike sveze mirodjije, sitno seckane.
Priprema:
1. Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo.
2. Dodati margarin i zamesiti malo testo.
3. Dodati mleko, kackavalj i mirodjiju i zamesiti testo.
4. Razvuci testo na debljinu oko 3 cm. Casom vaditi pogacice.
5. Poredjati u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje i peco u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C.
Ingredients: 450g of flour, 250g of yellow cheese, 50g of cold margarine, 10g of baking powder, 230ml of milk, 2 to 3 tablespoons of fresh dill, finely chopped.
Preparation:
1. Mix flour and baking powder.
2. Add margarine and knead a little.
3. Add milk, yellow cheese and dill and knead the dough.
4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 cm; with a glass take out scones.
5. Arrange in a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C.
