Riblje pljeskavice (Fish patties)

Sastojci: 1 kg mlevenog ribljeg mesa, 1 kašika vegete, 1 kašičica bibera, 1 kašičica belog luka u granulama, 1 kašičica crvene mlevene paprike, 1 kašika peršunovog lista, suvog, 3 kašike prezli, na vrh kašičice sode bikarbone, za pohovanje - brašno, jaja i prezle.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati riblje mleveno meso, zacine i prezle. Umesiti rukom.

2. Oblikovati loptice.

3. Na čist celofan, na sredinu staviti jednu tačku ulja, staviti kuglicu, pa i nju premazati blago uljem. Preklopiti drugim delom celofana i pritisnuti tanjirom, donjom stranom do debljine izmedju 5 – 10 mm.

4. Slagati ih na tacnu posutu brašnom. Staviti u zamrzivač na sat vremena.

5. Staviti ulje da se zagreje. Uvaljati riblje pljeskavice u brašno, jaje pa u prezle i peći na srednjoj do jačoj vatri dok ne porumene.

6. Pečene burgere ocediti na ubrusu.

Ingredients: 1 kg of minced fish meat, 1 tablespoon of vegetable seasoning, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic, 1 teaspoon of ground sweet paprika, 1 tablespoon of dry parsley leaves, 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, on top of a teaspoon baking soda, for frying - flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.

Preparation:

1. Mix minced fish meat, spices and breadcrumbs. Knead by hand.

2. Shape into balls.

3. On a clean cellophane, put one dot of oil in the middle, put a ball, and coat it lightly with oil. Fold the other part of the cellophane and press with the lower side of a plate, to a thickness between 5-10 mm.

4. Place them on a tray sprinkled with flour. Put in the freezer for an hour.

5. Put the oil to heat up. Roll the fish patties in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and bake on medium to high heat until golden brown.

6. Drain the baked patties on a towel.
