Sastojci: 300g pilećeg mesa (filea, batak, karabatak ili belog mesa) skuvanog, 300 g grckog jogurta, 150g mlevenih oraha, 2 cena belog luka, 1 krastavac, zelena salata, feta sir, susam, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja.
Priprema:
1. Krastavac oljustiti i iseci na kockice. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Piletinu iseci na kocke.
2. Pomesati pilece meso sa grckim jogurtom, belim lukom, orasima, krastavcem i maslinovim uljem.
3. Na list zelene salate staviti salatu, posuti sa usitnjenom fetom i susamom.
Ingredients: 300g of cooked chicken (fillet, drumstick, white meat), 300g of Greek yogurt, 150g of ground walnuts, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 cucumber, green salad, feta cheese, sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Preparation:
1. Peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the chicken into cubes.
2. Mix chicken meat with Greek yogurt, garlic, walnuts, cucumber and olive oil.
3. Place the salad on a lettuce leaf, sprinkle with crumbled feta and sesame seeds.
