Sastojci: 60g cokolade, 400ml mleka, 1 belance, 200g zelea od jabuke, 300g slaga (umucenog), 3 kapi arome peperminta.
Priprema:
1. Izlomiti cokoladu na kocke.
2. U mleko staviti cokoladu i na srednjoj temperaturi otapati povremeno mesajuci.
3. Dobro umutiti belance i zele od jabuka.
4. Pomesati mleko sa zeleom.
5. Dodati aromu mente i slag. Smesu dobro promesati.
6. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
7. Zamrznuti.
