Sastojci: 2 jaja, 600-700 g brašna, 250ml ulja, 10g praska za pecivo, 250ml mleka - mlakog, 20 kvasca - svezeg, 1 kasicica šećera, 20g vanil šećera, 3 kašike kakaoa, 80g kokosa.
Priprema:
1. Pomesati kvasac i šećer sa mlekom i ostaviti 15 minuta da nadodje.
2. Umesiti testo sa kvascem, jajima, uljem, brašnom, vanilin secerom i praškom za pecivo.
3. Podeliti na dve lopte. U jednu polovinu dodati kokos, a u drugu kakao. Premesiti.
4. Svaku loptu podeliti na 6 delova i razviti u krug. Staviti jedan krug s kokosom i preko njega krug sa kakaoom. Iseci na 6 delova, savijati kiflice i peći na 200 C.

2. Knead the dough with yeast, eggs, flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
3. Divide into two balls. Add coconut to one half and cocoa to the other. Knead.
4. Divide each ball into 6 parts and roll into a circle. Place one circle with coconut and a circle with cocoa over it. Cut into 6 parts, fold into rolls and bake at 200 C.
