Sastojci: 600 g brašna, 300 smedjeg šećera, 500g makedonskog tana, 450g oraha - seckanih, 250g suvog grozdja, 500ml vode, 1 kašičica cimeta, rendana kora od limuna, 1 kašičica karanfilića, 10g praska za pecivo.
Priprema:
1. Pomesati taan i šećer i dobro sjediniti. Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo. Suvo grozdje potopiti u mlaku vodu ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti.
2. Dodati brasno, vodu, orahe, suvo grozdje, cimet, koru od limuna i karanfilic.
3. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C.
Ingredients: 600 g of flour, 300 g of brown sugar, 500 g of Macedonian taan, 450 g of chopped walnuts, 250 g of raisins, 500 ml of water, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, grated lemon peel, 1 teaspoon of cloves, 10 g of baking powder.
Preparation:
1. Mix taan and sugar and combine well. Mix flour and baking powder. Soak the raisins in lukewarm water and let them swell. Drain.
2. Add flour, water, walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, lemon peel and cloves. Combine everything. You will get a thick mixture.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C.
