Sastojci: 165 g heljde zrno, 500 ml vode plus za namakanje.
Priprema:
1. Potopite heljdu griz 6 do 8 sati. Ocedite i isperite pod vodom da biste uklonili sluz. Ponovo ocedite.
2. Dodajte u šerpu. Dodajte vodu. Dovedite do ključanja na jakoj vatri. Smanjite na srednje-slabu, pokrijte poklopcem i kuvajte 15 do 20 minuta.
Ne mesajte, bice kasasto.
3. Proverite posle 10 do 15 minuta. Ako je voda skoro isparila, smanjite vatru na nisku i kuvajte nepoklopljeno 5 minuta.
4. Sklonite sa vatre. Poklopite i ostavite 10 minuta.

3. Check after 10 to 15 minutes. If water is almost evaporated, reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
