Sastojci: 2 pileća filea (kuvana i iseckana), 2 crvene dugačke paprike (pečene i iseckane), 150 g kukuruza (kuvanog), 2 šargarepe + 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 2 do 3 kisela krastavčića, 5 kašika grckog jogurta, 2 kašike majoneza, osnovna kora za rolat od krompira.
Priprema:
1. Oljuštite šargarepu. Isecite je na kriške. Kuvajte u vodi sa maslinovim uljem 10 minuta na srednjoj vatri. Izgnječite viljuškom.
2. Ispeci paprike. Oljuštite ih i isecite na trakice ili kockice.
3. Isecite kisele krastavčiće na kockice ili štapiće.
4. U činiji pomešajte pileći file, crvene paprike, kukuruz, šargarepu, kisele krastavčiće, grčki jogurt i majonez. Dobro sjedinite.
5. Premažite preko tople kore od krompira.
6. Umotajte u rolnu. Isecite na kriske od 1,5 ili 2 cm (0,6 do 0,8 inča).
7. Ili ostavite da se potpuno ohladi. Ostavite da se ohladi u frižideru. Zatim isecite na kriške.
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded), 2 red long peppers (roasted and chopped), 150 g corn (cooked), 2 carrots (grated) + 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 to 3 pickles, 5 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, basic potato roll crust.
Preparation:
1. Peel carrots. Cut into slices. Cook in water with olive oil for 10 minutes over medium heat. Mash with a fork.
2. Roast peppers. Peel and cut into stripes or cubes.
3. Cut pickles into cubes or sticks.
4. In a bowl mix chicken breasts, red peppers, corn, carrots, pickles, Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Combine well.
5. Spread over the warm potato crust.
6. Wrap in a roll. Cut into 1.5 or 2 cm (0.6 to 0 8 inches) rolls.
7. Or leave to cool completely. Leave to cool in the fridge. Then cut into slices.
