Osnovna kora za rolat od krompira (Basic potato roll crust)

Sastojci: 2 srednje velika krompira (iseći ih mandolinom) ili dodati još 1 ili 2 krompira, 150 g provolone sira, mocarela sira ili gauda sira (rendanog), so, crni biber, maslinovo ulje.

Priprema:

0. Oljuštiti krompir i iseći ga na mandolini ili nožem na što tanje kriške.

1. Na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje rasporediti kackavalj.

2. Dodati kriške krompira preko kackavalja preklapajući ih jedno preko drugog. Poprskati maslinovim uljem.

3. Peći na najnižoj rešetki, u zagrejanoj rerni na 180°C, dok krompir ne porumeni.

4. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi, da bude toplo.

5. Dodati fil.

6. Uviti u rolnu.

7. Iseći 1,5 do 2 cm krugove.


Ingredients: 2 medium sized potatoes (cut them with a mandolin) or add 1 or 2 more potatoes, 150 g provolone, mozzarella cheese or Gouda cheese (shredded), salt, black pepper, olive oil.

Preparation:

0. Peel potatoes and cut on a mandolin or with a knife in thin slices as much as you can. 

1. On a baking pan lined with baking paper, scatter yellow cheese. 

2. Add slices of potatoes on top of yellow cheese overlapping one another. Drizzle with olive oil.

3. Bake in the lowest rack, in a preheated 180 C oven until the potatoes are golden brown. 

4. Leave to cool a bit, until warm.

5. Add the filling.

6. Wrap in roll.

7. Cut 1.5 to 2 cm rolls.
