Ovaj recept je za 1 jaje.
Sastojci: 1 kašika mlevenog lanenog semena, 3 kašike vode.
Priprema:
1. Blendirajte najmanje 80 g lanenog semena u procesoru za hranu oko 1 minut, ili dok ne postane kao blago zrnasto brašno.
Preostalo laneno seme - mleveni lan - čuvajte u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi u frižideru.
2. Pomešajte mleveno laneno seme i vodu u činiji. Mešajte viljuškom dok se ne sjedini.
3. Ostavite smesu da odstoji najmanje 15 do 20 minuta, dok konzistencija ne postane pomalo lepljiva ili zgrušana.
Napomena: ako su vam potrebna 2 jaja, pomešajte 2 kašike mlevenog lana i 6 kašika vode u istoj činiji, a zatim nastavite kao što je gore navedeno.

Store any leftover flaxseed meal - ground flax in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
2. Combine the flaxseed meal and water in a bowl. Stir with a fork until combined.
3. Let the mixture rest for at least 15 to 20 minutes, until the consistency is somewhat gloppy or congealed.
Note: if you need 2 eggs, mix 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal and 6 tablespoons of water in the same bowl, then proceed as written above.
