Kolutovi od luka (Onion rings)

Sastojci: 2 vece glavice crnog luka, 1 jaje, 100ml mleka, 150g brasna, so, ulje.


Priprema:
1. U posudi umutite jaje s mlekom i brasnom i posolite po ukusu. 
2. Luk ocistite i isecite na kolutove zeljene debljine.
3. U pripremljeno testo umacite kolutove luka i przite ih u vrucem ulju.



Ingredients: 2 large onions, 1 egg, 100ml milk, 150g flour, salt, oil.


Preparation:
1. In a bowl, beat egg with milk and flour; add salt to taste.
2. Clean and cut onion into slices (desired thickness).
3. Dip onion rings in prepared mixture and fry them in hot oil.

Punjene pecurke (Stuffed mushrooms)

Sastojci: 12 velikih pecuraka, 1 paradajz, 1 paprika, 100g kackavalja (narendan), beli luk u prahu, vegeta, persun (iscekan), maslinovo ulje.


Priprema:
1. Pecurke ocistite, operite, otkinite im drske i ostavite da se prosuse.
2. Drske pecuraka, paradajz i papriku isecite na kockice. sve stavite u ciniju i dodajte beli luk, persun i kackavalj. Zacinite vegetom i dobro izmesajte. 
3. Pecurke napunite pripremljenom smesom i slozite u pleh. Prelijte uljem i pecite 10 minuta u rereni zagrejanoj na 190°C.



Ingredients: 12 large mushrooms, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, 100g cheese (grated), garlic powder, vegetable seasoning, parsley (chopped), olive oil.


Preparation:
1. Clean and wash mushrooms, cut the handles and leave them to dry.

Palacinke sa spanacem (Spinach crepes)

Sastojci: gotove palacinke, 400 g spanaca, 30 margarina (putera), 2 cena belog luka, 350 ml kisele pavlake, 2 jajeta, muskatni orah, so.


Priprema:
1. Spanac operite, ocistite i blansirajte 3 minuta u posoljenoj kipucoj vodi. Ocedite.
2. Na margarinu proprzite seckani beli luk. Dodati spanac, muskatni orah i so. Dobro promesati i skloniti sa sporeta. Ostavite da se ohladi.
3. U ohladjenu masu umesati 150ml kisele pavlake i jaje.
4. U posebnoj ciniji umutiti jaje sa 200ml kisele pavlake. 
5. Na svaku palacinku staviti nadev od spanaca, presaviti palacinku na pola, pa opet na pola, redjati u podmazanu vatrostalnu posudu. 
6. Sve prelijte jajima sa umucenom kiselom pavlakom i pecite 45 min. na 170°C. 



Ingredients: ready-made pancakes, 400g spinach, 30g margarine (butter), 2 cloves garlic, 350ml sour cream, 2 eggs, nutmeg, salt.


Preparation:
1. Clean and wash spinach; cook 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain.
2. In a pan, heat the butter over medium-low heat until melted. Add chopped garlic and fry 1-2 min. Add spinach, grated nutmeg and salt. Stir well and remove from stove. Allow to cool.
3. Stir in 150ml of sour cream and 1 egg.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk egg with 200ml of sour cream.
5. Add spinach stuffing on every crepes, fold crepes in half, then again in half, put in a greased ovenproof dish.
6. Pour with beaten egg+sour cream and bake for 45 minutes at 170°C.

Brokoli u lisnatom testu (Broccoli in a puff pastry)

Sastojci: 250g lisnatog testa, 450g brokolija, 150g trapista, 3 jajeta, 2 kasike kisele pavlake, so, biber, 50g badema iseckanih na listice, malo vode.


Priprema: 
1. Brokoli ocistite i razdvojte na cvetice, operite i kuvajte u posoljenoj vodi oko 5 minuta. Ocedite i prohladite. 
2. U ciniji pomesajte 2 jaja, narendani sir i kiselu pavlaku, posolite, pobiberite pa dodajte brokoli.
3. Lisnato testo razvucite u pravougaonik debljine 3 mm, pa smesu od brokolija rasporedite na jednu polovinu testa. Preklopite testo i stavite u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje.
4. Umutite jaje sa malo vode, premazite testo, pa pospite bademima.
5. Pecite oko 30 minuta.



Ingredients: 250g puff pastry, 450g broccoli, 150g Trappist cheese, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons sour cream, salt, pepper, 50g ​​almonds thinly sliced, a little water.


Preparation:
1. Clean the broccoli and separate the flowers, wash and boil in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
2. In a bowl mix 2 eggs, grated cheese and sour cream, salt, pepper and add the broccoli.
3. Develop the puff pastry into a rectangle 3 mm thick, and arrange the broccoli mixture of one half of the dough. Fold the dough and place in baking pan coated with baking paper.

Gratinirani karfiol (Gratinated cauliflower)

Sastojci: 500g karfiola, 2 jajeta, 75g narendanog parmezana, besamel sos,  so, biber, muskatni orah i iseckan vlasac.


Priprema:
1. Karfiol ocistite, razdvojte ga na cvetice, operite i skuvajte u posoljenoj vodi (pazite da se ne prekuva). 
2. Ocediti karfiol i staviti u vatrostalnu posudu.
3. U prohladjen besamel dodati razmucena jaja, muskatni orah, parmezan i vlasac. Zatim dodajte so i biber.
4. Ovim sosom prelijte karfiol i pecite sat vremena na 170°C.


Ingredients: 500g cauliflower, 2 eggs, 75g grated Parmesan cheese, bechamel sauce, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chopped chives.


Preparation:
1. Clean cauliflower, separate the little flowers on it, wash and cook in salted water (be careful not to overcook).
2. Drain cauliflower and place in oven-safe baking dish.
3. In chilled bechamel add scrambled eggs, nutmeg, parmesan and chives. Then add salt and pepper.
4. Pour sauce over cauliflower and bake for one hour at 170°C.

Besamel sos (Bechamel sauce)

Sastojci: 30g margarina (putera), 30g brasna, 150ml mleka, prstohvat soli i 1/2 kasicice sveze izrendanog muskatnog oraha.


Priprema:
1. U posudi, istopiti margin na nizoj temperaturi.
2. Dodati brasno i promesati da se sjedini.
3. Kuvati, na srednjoj temperaturi, dok masa ne postane svetla (oko 5 do 6 min.).
4. U medjuvremenu, ugrejati mleko.
5. Postepeno dodajte mleko, masi od margarina (putera), konstantno mesajuci, dok ne postane glatko. Kuvati 10 minuta, a zatim skloniti sa ringle.
6. Posoliti i dodati muskatni orah.


Opciono: mozete dodati vise mleka, zavisno koju gustinu sosa zelite. 


Ingredients: 30g margarine (butter), 30g flour, 150ml milk, pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg.


Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, heat the butter over medium-low heat until melted.
2. Add the flour and stir until smooth.
3. Over medium heat, cook until the mixture turns a light (about 5 to 6 minutes).
4. Meanwhile, heat the milk.
5. Gradually add the hot milk to the butter mixture, whisking continuously until smooth. Cook 10 minutes, then remove from heat. 

7. Season with salt and nutmeg.

Optional: you can add more milk, depending on the density of sauce you want.

Lisnato testo (Puff pastry)

Sastojci: 300g mekog brasna, zumance, kasika ulja, kasika sirceta ili limunovog soka, 250g margarina, malo mleka, so.


Priprema: 
1. Brasno, zumanac, ulje, sirce i so zamesite mlakim mlekom.
2. Razviti testo, podeliti na 3 dela, premazati jednom trecinom margarina i preklopiti kao knjigu.
3. Isti postupak ponoviti jos 2 puta (testo uvek preklopiti na isti nacin).
4. Ostavite 2 sata da  odstoji u frizideru.


Napomena: Nakon sto ste pripremili testo, dalja obrada zavisi od toga kako je opisana u receptu. Testo samo jos razvijte (ne mesite), kako bi se odrzali slojevi testa.

Predlog: mozete napraviti I lisnato testo 2.

Ingredients: 300g soft flour, egg yolk, tablespoon of oil, tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice, 250g margarine, a little milk, salt.


Preparation:
1. Knead flour, egg yolk, oil, vinegar and salt with lukewarm milk.
2. Develop the dough, divide into 3 parts, spread one-third of margarine and fold like a book.
3. Repeate the same procedure 2 more times (fold dough always in the same way).
4. Leave to rest for 2 hours in refrigerator.

Sok od pomorandzi i limuna (Orange and lemon juice)

Sastojci: 2 velike pomorandze, 1 limun, 300g secera, 2 l vode.


Priprema: 
1. Pomorandze i limun dobro operite i zaledite. 
2. Na sitno rende izrendajte zaledjeno voce. 
3. U dubljem sudu izmesajte rendano voce, secer i vodu. 
4. Mesajte dok se secer ne rastopi i sipajte u flasu. 
5. Povremeno sok promuckajte, i drzite ga u frizideru.



Ingredients: 2 large oranges, 1 lemon, 300g sugar, 2 liters of water.


Preparation:
1. Wash oranges and lemon and freeze.
2. Grate iced fruit.
3. In deeper saucepan mix grated fruit, sugar and water.
4. Stir until the sugar is melted and pour into a bottle.
5. Occasionally shake juice, and keep it in the refrigerator.

Sok od pomorandzi (Orange juice)

Sastojci: 15 pomorandzi, 2kg secera, 1,5 l vode, 50g limuntusa.


Priprema:

1. U serpu staviti secer, naliti vodom i staviti da provri. 
2. Oljustiti pomorandze. Sacuvati polovinu kora.
3. "Meso" pomorandzi sitno iseckati i dodati u serpu sa secerom. 
4. Sacuvane kore dobro oprati, izrendati na sitno rende i dodati u serpu. Dodati limuntus. 
5. Sadrzaj u serpi promesati da se sjedini, pokriti cistom krpom i ostaviti 24 h da stoji. 
6. Sledeceg dana dobro promesati, procediti kroz sterilnu gazu i sipati u ciste, sterilisane flase.


Ingredients: 15 oranges, 2 kg sugar, 1.5 liters of water, 50g citric acid.


Preparation:
1. In a saucepan put the sugar, pour water and let it boil.
2. Peel off the oranges. Preserve half of the orange peel.
3. Oranges "meat" chop finely and add to pan with sugar.
4. Wash well orange peel, grate on the small chunks and add to pan. Add citric acid.
5. Stir well, cover with a clean cloth and leave to stand for 24 hours.

Pesto od blitve (Swiss chard pesto)

Sastojci: 300g blitve, 80g oraha, 120g badema, 10 cenova belog luka, 150g parmezana, 500g spageta, sok od 1 limuna, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, pola kasicice bosiljka, so, biber, origano.

Priprema:
1. Blansirajte blitvu u slanoj vodi, procedite i iseckajte sto sitnije.
2. U zagrejanom tiganju (teflon) kratko prepecite bademe i orahe.
3. Blitvu, orahe i bademe stavite u blender, dodajte beli luk, kackavalj, sok od limuna bosiljak, origano, so, biber i maslinovo ulje, i sve dobro izmiksajte.
4. Skuvajte spagete, procedite i pomesajte ih sa pripremljenim pesto sosom.

Ingredients: 300g swiss chard, 80g walnuts, 120g almonds, 10 cloves of garlic, 150g parmesan cheese, 500g of spaghetti, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons olive oil, half teaspoon basil, salt, pepper, oregano.

Preparation:
1. Blanch swiss chard in salted water, drain and chop it finely.
2. In a hot frying pan (Teflon) short overdo almonds and walnuts.
3. Put swiss chard, walnuts and almonds into the blender, add garlic, cheese, lemon juice, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil, and blend well.
4. Cook spaghetti, drain and mix them with prepared pesto sauce.

Brzi kajmak (Quick cheese spread)

Sastojci: 300ml kisele pavlake, 250g putera (slanog), 300g svapskog sira, 200-250g feta sira, so.

Priprema:
1. Fetu i puter izgnjeciti viljuskom, dodati svapski sir i kiselu pavlaku.
2. Sve dobro umutiti.
3. Posoliti (opciono).

Ingredients: 300ml sour cream, 250g of butter (salted), 300g cottage cheese, 200-250g feta cheese, salt.

Preparation:

Corba od kopriva (Nettle chowder)

Sastojci: 500g koprive, 2 kasike brasna, kocka za supu, 2 kasike kajmaka, 1 l vode, so, biber, kiselo mleko.

Priprema:
1. Stavite koprivu u kljucalu vodu. Dodati kocku za supu, kuvati jos nekoliko minuta i skloniti sa sporeta
2. U malo vode razmutiti brasno i umesati u corbu. Vratiti na sporet i kuvati dok ne prokljuca.
3. Dodati kajmak, so, biber. Promesati.
4. Skloniti corbu sa sporeta i propasirati stapnim mikserom.
5. Servirati sa kiselim mlekom.

Ingredients: 500g nettles, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 l vegetable broth, 2 tablespoons of cheese spread, 1 l of water, salt, pepper, yogurt.

Preparation:

Ustipci sa koprivom (Fritters with nettles)

Sastojci: 2 jaja, 200g brasna, 150g koprive, 5 g praska za pecivo, 150ml jogurta, so, ulje.

Priprema:
1. Koprivu blansirajte u slanoj vodi, ocedite je i iseckajte sitno.
2. Prosejati brasno i dodati prasak za pecivo.
3. Penasto umutite јаја pa dodati brasno. Promesati.
4. Mesajte testo i polako dodavajuci jogurt.
5. Kada se masa ujednaci dodajte usitnjenu koprivu i jos jednom promesajte.
6. Zagrejte ulje, zaronite kasiku u vrelo ulje i njom odmah vadite ustipke i przite dok ne dobiju lepu, rumenu koricu.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 200g flour, 150g nettle, 5 g baking powder, 150ml buttermilk (yoghurt), salt, oil.

Preparation:
1. Blanch nettles in salted water, drain and chop it finely.
2. Sift flour and add baking powder. Stir.
3. Beat eggs well and add flour.
4. Stir the mixture slowly adding buttermilk.
5. Add chopped nettles and stir again.
6. Heat the oil, dip the spoon into hot oil and immediately take out fritters and fry them until you get golden, ruddy rind.

Energetske stanglice (Energy bars)


Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup chopped dried fruit (bananas, apricots, plums, apples, figs), 3 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons orange juice, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 2 tablespoons melted butter.

Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Arrange the mixture on a baking sheet in baking pan.
3. Place pan in preheated oven at 220 C degrees and bake for 10 minutes until dough is yellow.
4. Remove from oven and cut in bars.

Sastojci: 1 1/2 solja zobenih- ovsene pahuljica, 1 solja seckanog suvog voca (banane, kajsije, sljive, jabuke, grozdje, smokve), 3 kasike meda, 3 kasike soka od pomorandze, 1/2 solje seckanih oraha, 2 kasike rastopljenog putera.

Priprema:
1. Izmesajte sve sastojke.
2. Smesu rasporedite po plehu koji ste oblozili papirom za pecenje .
3. Pleh stavite u rernu zagrejanu na 220 stepeni i pecite desetak minuta dok testo ne pozuti.
4. Izvadite iz rerne, pa isecite stanglice.

Zdrave kuglice (Healthy balls)

Ingredients: 200g dried apricots, 200g prunes, 200g ground walnuts or hazelnuts, 6 tablespoons of honey, a little cinnamon.

Preparation:
1. Dried fruits mince into a blender, add ground nuts (hazelnuts), honey and cinnamon.

Krem bananice (Small cream bananas)

Ingredients: 700g sugar, 300ml water, 30g gelatin, 2 extract - banana flavoring (2x15ml), 200g dark chocolate + 2 tablespoons of oil.

Preparation:
1. Mix gelatin with 100 ml of water.
2. Cook sugar with 200ml of water, about 5 minutes until sugar melts. Remove from heat and gradually adding gelatin stir with mixer (minimum 20 minutes).

Keks torta sa zele bombonama (Biscuit cake with jelly candies)


Ingredients: 500g of biscuits (cookies), 2 vanilla pudding (powder 2x40g), 8 tablespoons of sugar, 250g margarine, 300g of jelly candies, 100g raisins, 6 small cream bananas, 80g coconut flakes + 20g for sprinkling, for the glaze: 200-300g of chocolate, 2-3 tablespoons of oil.

Preparation:
1. Small cream bananas, jelly candies cut into cubes, and cookies break out into small pieces.
2. Mix pudding powder and sugar with 200ml water. Add to 400ml water and cook over medium heat.

Prolecna corba od povrca (Spring vegetable chowder)

Pekarske kifle (Bakery rolls)

Ingredients: 1 kg flour, 1 /4 l water, 1 /4 l milk, 40g fresh yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 flat teaspoons salt, 250 ml oil, 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk, sesame seeds for sprinkling.

Preparation:
1. In deeper bowl add flour and salt. Stir.
2. Crumble yeast, sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar and pour warm water. When yeast begins to rise, add lukewarm milk and oil and knead the dough.
3. Leave it to rise until it doubles in volume.

Musaka od sampinjona sa barenim jajima (Mushrooms moussaka with boiled eggs)

Ingredients: 500g mushrooms, 5 hard-boiled eggs, 2 larger rolls, 300ml buttermilk, 1 medium sized leek (cut into slices), 2x200g sour cream.

Preparation:
