Boranija przena u tiganju (Pan fried green beans)

Sastojci: 500 g boranije (očišćene), 4 kašike putera (neslanog), 3 čena belog luka (oljuštena i iseckana), 2 kašike listova peršuna (sitno iseckanog), so i crni biber po ukusu.

Priprema:

1. Kuvajte boraniju u slanoj vodi 10 minuta ili dok ne omekša, na srednjoj temperaturi (4).

2. Odmah ocedite.

3. Odmah ga potopite u veliku posudu sa ledenom vodom i ledom da biste zaustavili proces kuvanja.

4. Ocedite iz ledene vode i stavite na peškir i nežno osušite tapkanjem.

5. Otopite puter u tiganju i dodajte iseckani beli luk. Blago propržite beli luk, dok ne zamirise.

6. Dodajte boraniju.

7. Začinite solju, biberom i peršunom i nežno promešajte.

Ovako przenu boraniju mozete posluziti kao prilog ili salatu.

Ingredients: 500 g green beans (trimmed), 4 tablespoons butter (unsalted), 3 cloves of garlic (peeled and minced), 2 tablespoons parsley leaves (finely chopped), salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparation:

1. Boil the green beans in salted water for 10 minutes or until tender.

2. Drain immediately.

3. Immediately submerge them in a large bowl with ice water and ice to stop the cooking process.

4. Drain from ice water and place on a towel and gently pat dry.

5. Melt the butter in a skillet and add the minced garlic. Brown the garlic slightly, until fragrant.

6. Add the green beans.

7. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley and gently mix.

Green beans fried this way, you can serve as a side dish or salad.

This method is known as pan frying.
