Energetske stanglice (Energy bars)


Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup chopped dried fruit (bananas, apricots, plums, apples, figs), 3 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons orange juice, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 2 tablespoons melted butter.

Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Arrange the mixture on a baking sheet in baking pan.
3. Place pan in preheated oven at 220 C degrees and bake for 10 minutes until dough is yellow.
4. Remove from oven and cut in bars.

Sastojci: 1 1/2 solja zobenih- ovsene pahuljica, 1 solja seckanog suvog voca (banane, kajsije, sljive, jabuke, grozdje, smokve), 3 kasike meda, 3 kasike soka od pomorandze, 1/2 solje seckanih oraha, 2 kasike rastopljenog putera.

Priprema:
1. Izmesajte sve sastojke.
2. Smesu rasporedite po plehu koji ste oblozili papirom za pecenje .
3. Pleh stavite u rernu zagrejanu na 220 stepeni i pecite desetak minuta dok testo ne pozuti.
4. Izvadite iz rerne, pa isecite stanglice.

Zdrave kuglice (Healthy balls)

Ingredients: 200g dried apricots, 200g prunes, 200g ground walnuts or hazelnuts, 6 tablespoons of honey, a little cinnamon.

Preparation:
1. Dried fruits mince into a blender, add ground nuts (hazelnuts), honey and cinnamon.
​2. Create a homogenous mass, and from it create balls.
Sastojci: 200g suvih kajsija, 200g suvih sljiva, 200g mlevenih oraha ili lesnika, 6 kasika meda, malo cimeta.

Priprema:
1. Suvo voce izblendirajte, dodajte mlevene orahe (lesnike), med i cimet.
2. Napravite homogenu masu, pa od nje pravite kuglice.

Krem bananice (Small cream bananas)

Ingredients: 700g sugar, 300ml water, 30g gelatin, 2 extract - banana flavoring (2x15ml), 200g dark chocolate + 2 tablespoons of oil.

Preparation:
1. Mix gelatin with 100 ml of water.
2. Cook sugar with 200ml of water, about 5 minutes until sugar melts. Remove from heat and gradually adding gelatin stir with mixer (minimum 20 minutes).

Keks torta sa zele bombonama (Biscuit cake with jelly candies)


Ingredients: 500g of biscuits (cookies), 2 vanilla pudding (powder 2x40g), 8 tablespoons of sugar, 250g margarine, 300g of jelly candies, 100g raisins, 6 small cream bananas, 80g coconut flakes + 20g for sprinkling, for the glaze: 200-300g of chocolate, 2-3 tablespoons of oil.

Preparation:
1. Small cream bananas, jelly candies cut into cubes, and cookies break out into small pieces.
2. Mix pudding powder and sugar with 200ml water. Add to 400ml water and cook over medium heat.

Prolecna corba od povrca (Spring vegetable chowder)

Ingredients: 1 small potato, 1 zucchini, 1 carrot, 1 small celery, 1 leek, parsnip root, 1 small tomato, cauliflower, broccoli, pepper, salt, 1 tablespoon margarine (butter), chopped parsley.

Preparation:
1. Finely chop all the vegetables, pour water, cook and season.
2. Towards the end of cooking add the margarine.

Krem corba od kima (Cream cumin chowder)

Ingredients: 2 l of cold water, 1/2 l milk, 1 kg of cooked and mashed potatoes, 2 tablespoons of flour, 100 ml of olive oil, 100 ml sour cream, 8 g cumin and salt.

Preparation:
1. Heat the olive oil and add the flour constantly stirring - until get light brown color.
2. Add water, milk, cumin and salt.

Narandzasti sok (Orange juice)

Ingredients: 2 slices of melon, 1 peach, 3-4 apricots, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 100g strawberries, 10 ice cubes, a few drops of lemon juice, 3 cups water.

Preparation:
1. Peel and cut all fruit into small pieces and place in blender; add sugar, a few drops of lemon juice, ice cubes and cold water.
2. Mix and serve.

Sastojci: 2 kriške dinje, 1 breskva, 3-4 kajsije, 6 kašika šećera, 100g jagoda, 10 kockica leda, nekoliko kapi limunovog soka, 3 čaše vode.

Pekarske kifle (Bakery rolls)

Ingredients: 1 kg flour, 1 /4 l water, 1 /4 l milk, 40g fresh yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 flat teaspoons salt, 250 ml oil, 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk, sesame seeds for sprinkling.

Preparation:
1. In deeper bowl add flour and salt. Stir.
2. Crumble yeast, sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar and pour warm water. When yeast begins to rise, add lukewarm milk and oil and knead the dough.
3. Leave it to rise until it doubles in volume.

Musaka od sampinjona sa barenim jajima (Mushrooms moussaka with boiled eggs)

Ingredients: 500g mushrooms, 5 hard-boiled eggs, 2 larger rolls, 300ml buttermilk, 1 medium sized leek (cut into slices), 2x200g sour cream.

Preparation:
1. In oil cook leeks and mushrooms.
2. Cut rolls into slices and soak them in buttermilk; arrange at the bottom of greased casserole.
3. Spread sour cream.

Domaci jogurt ili kiselo mleko (Homemade buttermilk or yogurt)

Ingredients: 1 l of milk, 250 ml buttermilk or yogurt - sour milk or sour cream.

Preparation:

Cvet salata (Flower salad)

Ingredients: 300g sweet corn, 200ml buttermilk, juice of half a lemon, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped dill, 2 carrots, tablespoon of honey, 1 fresh cucumber. 

Preparation:
1. Cook corn and drain. Set aside. 
2. Add little salt to buttermilk, season with a little lemon juice, mashed garlic and dill. Add this to the corn.

Ledene kocke (Ice cubes)

Ingredients: 300ml water, 300g sugar, 200g chocolate, 275g ground walnuts, 10 eggs, 1 tablespoon flour; filling - 250g butter, 200g powdered sugar, 2 egg whites; frosting - 100g butter, 2 tablespoons oil, 200g chocolate. 

Preparation: 
1. Cook water with sugar and add chocolate and mix until dissolved. Add nuts, stir and let it cool. 
2. When the mixture has cooled add well beaten egg yolks and flour; stir gently. 

Cufte u sosu od belog vina (Meatballs in a sauce of white wine)

Ingredients: meat balls - 500g minced meat, 1 egg, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, sauce - 2 tablespoons of flour, oil, 200ml white wine, 1 tablespoon mustard, parsley, salt, pepper . 
Preparation: 1. Finely chop parsley, garlic and onions. 2. In a bowl put meat, add parsley, onion, garlic, egg; add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

Ingredients: 7 egg whites, 7 tablespoons of sugar, 7 tablespoons of flour, a little oil, 200g chopped walnuts, 100g raisins , 100g of jelly candies.

Torta od pecenih paprika (Roasted red peppers cake)

Ingredients: 20 red roasted peppers (steps 1. 2. and 3.), 300g yellow cheese (gouda, trappist), for filling: 400g sour cream, 300g feta cheese, 300g ham.

Preparation:
1. Finely chop ham, mash feta cheese and combine with sour cream.

Ratluk (Turkish delight)

Ingredients: 1 kg of sugar cubes + 750 ml water, 150g cornstarch + 1 liter cold water, juice of 1 lemon, bergamot (orange) extract (or mix of grapefruit and lime, or mix of grapefruit and  lemon), 125g boiled almonds (or walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios), almond oil, powdered sugar.

Preparation:
1. In a bowl mix cornstarch with cold water.
2. In a deep pot frizzle sugar until is brown, add water and cook over low heat until the sugar has melted. Remove from stove.
3. Pour the paste of flour stirring constantly (with wooden spoon) to avoid lumps.

Palacinke - osnovni recept (Crepes - basic recipe)


If you fill crepes with sweet stuffing (jam, nutella, Nutella cream, nuts, sweet cheese ...) then in the mixture you can add a little cinnamon, vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract), grated lemon or orange rind and rum, for better flavor. If you fill crepes with salty stuffing, observe the following ingredients.

Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups flour, 2 cups milk, 1 cup water, 1 cup of mineral water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3 eggs and a pinch of baking soda.

Preparation:
1. First, whisk eggs, then add the other ingredients. Stir and leave for half an hour in the refrigerator.
2. Crepes (pancake) pan coat with butter, pour the mixture and fry crepes.

Rolat od piletine (Chicken roll)

Ingredients for the dough - 1/2 l milk, 3 tablespoons of flour, 4 eggs, salt, for the filling - 1 chicken, 1-2 onions, 2 eggs, 2 sour cream. 

Preparation: 
1. For the dough - Cook flour in the milk, like cream and mix until it has cooled. 
2. Add salt, well-beaten egg yolks, after that add well-beaten egg whites.
3. Bake dough at 200 C degrees in greased and floured baking pan.
