Krem od limuna 2 (Lemon cream 2)

Sastojci: 400ml jogurta, 100g kisele pavlake, 50ml soka od svezeg limuna, rendana kora limuna, 150ml mleka, 50g secera, 5 listica belog zelatina, 40g slaga + 100ml hladne vode..

Priprema:
1) Umutiti jogurt, kiselu pavlaku, sok od limuna, koru od limuna, mleko i secer.
2) Otopiti zelatin sa malo vode i ostaviti da nabubri. 

Ledeni frape od lubenice (Freezing watermelon smoothie)

Sastojci: 200g lubenice, 200g sladoleda od vanile, 500ml hladnog mleka, 2 kasike secera u prahu, 1 kasika ruma.

Priprema:
1) U blenderu usitniti lubenicu sa secerom u prahu.
2) U ciniji pomesati sladoled od vanile sa lubenicom. Dodati mleko i mikserom sve dobro sjediniti.

Ingredients: 200g watermelon, 200g vanilla ice cream, 500ml cold milk, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon rum.

Preparation:
1) Chop watermelon with powdered sugar in a blender.

2) In a bowl, mix vanilla ice cream with watermelon. Add milk and mix everything well with a mixer.

Kore za tortu od kestena (Chestnut crust for cake)

Sastojci: 500g kesten pirea, 6 jaja, 250g cokolade za kuvanje, 150g margarina, 2 kasike ruma, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:
1) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Cokoladu izlomiti na kocke.
2) Penasto umutiti belanca i so.
3) Umutiti zumanca. Dodati margarin i kesten pire i dobro sjediniti.
4) U belanca postepeno dodavati mesavinu zumanaca i kesten pirea mesajuci svaki put. 
5) Dodati rum i otopljenu cokoladu. Sve dobro sjediniti.
6) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 40 minuta.

Napomena: belanca se nece dobro umutiti ako zumanac upadne u belance i ako su vam ciniija i viljuska ili drske miksera mokre od vode.

Ingredients: 500g chestnut puree, 6 eggs, 250g cooking chocolate, 150g margarine, 2 tablespoons rum, a pinch of salt.

Preparation:
1) Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Break the chocolate into cubes.
2) Whisk the egg whites and salt until foamy.
3) Whisk the egg yolks. Add margarine and chestnut puree and mix well.
4) Gradually add the egg yolk and chestnut puree mixture  to the egg whites, stirring each time.
5) Add rum and melted chocolate. Combine everything well.
6) Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 40 minutes.


Note: the egg whites will not whisk well if the egg yolk gets into the egg whites and if your bowl and fork or the handle of the mixer are wet with water.



Vocni dezert (Fruit dessert)

Sastojci: 40g pudinga u prahu + 450ml hladnog mleka, 300ml hladnog mleka, 100g slatke pavlake, 150g kisele pavlake, za vocni fil - 350g voca, 180g kisele pavlake (20%), 150 kisele pavlake, 2 kasike lucume u prahu, kakao u zrnu.

Priprema:
1) Umutiti mleko sa slatkom i kiselom pavlakom.
2) Umutiti obe kisele pavlake sa vocem i lucuma prahom.
3) U 100ml mleka razmutiti puding, da nema grudvica. U 350ml mleka staviti 2 kasike secera i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) i dodati puding. Povremeno mesajuci kuvati 5 minuta.
4) U case ili cinije staviti fil od voca, preliti pudingom a odozgo belim filom. Ukrasiti zrnima kakaoa.

Ingredients: 40g pudding powder + 450ml cold milk, 300ml cold milk, 100g heavy cream, 150g sour cream, for fruit filling - 350g fruit, 180g sour cream (20%), 150 sour cream, 2 tablespoons lucuma powder, cocoa in beans.

Preparation:
1) Whisk the milk with sweet and sour cream.
2) Whisk both sour cream with fruit and lucuma powder.
3) Stir the pudding in 100 ml of milk so that there are no lumps. Put 2 tablespoons of sugar in 350 ml of milk and let it boil. Reduce to medium heat (4) and add pudding. Stir occasionally, cook for 5 minutes.

4) Put fruit filling in cups or bowls, pour over pudding and top with white filling. Garnish with cocoa beans.

Vocni fil sa gustinom (Fruit filling with starch)

Sastojci: 500g voca (jabuke, kruske, breskve, kajsije, maline, kupine, borovnice, jagode), 3 kasike vode, 3 kasike gustina, 1 kasika ruma, 20g vanilina secera.

Priprema:
1) Voce ocistiti i iseci na sitnije.
2) U serpu staviti voce i dodati vodu, gustin, rum i vanilin secer. Povremeno mesajuci kuvati 10 minuta.

Ingredients: 500g fruit (apples, pears, peaches, apricots, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries), 3 tablespoons water, 3 tablespoons starch, 1 tablespoon rum, 20g vanilla sugar.

Preparation:
1) Peel the fruits and cut it into small pieces.
2) Put fruits in a bowl and add water, starch, rum and vanilla sugar. Stirring occasionally, cook for 10 minutes.
.

Praline

Sastojci: 200g cokolade za kuvanje ili crne cokolade, 80g margarina, za fil - 180g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 3 kasike meda, 120g margarina, 80ml vode, 1 kasicica ekstrata vanile

Priprema:
1) Otopiti cokoladu na pari, na srednjoj temperaturi (4). Dodati margarin i mesati da se otopi i sve sjedini.
2) U modle za cokoladu sipati po jednu kasiku cokolade.
3) Za fil - u serpicu staviti vodu. Dodati secer i kuvati da se malo zgusne. Dodati med i i margarin i mesati da se otopi i sjedini. Skloniti sa sporeta.
4) Mutiti mikserom dok se ne ohladi.
5) Dodati ekstrakt i mutiti minut dva da se sjedini.
6) Sipati preko cokolade do 2/3 kalupa. Preliti cokoladom. Ostavti da se stegne.


Ingredients: 200g cooking chocolate or dark chocolate, 80g margarine, for filling - 180g sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 3 tablespoons honey, 120g margarine, 80ml water, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Preparation:
1) Melt over steam chocolate, at medium temperature (4). Add the margarine and mix to melt and combine everything.
2) Pour one tablespoon of chocolate into the chocolate molds.
3) For the filling - put water in the bowl. Add sugar and cook until slightly thickened. Add honey and margarine and stir to melt and combine. Remove from the stove.
4) Stir with a mixer until cool.
5) Add the extract and stir for two minutes to combine.
6) Pour over chocolate to 2/3 of the mold. Drizzle with chocolate. Allow to set.

Sok za ciscenje jetre (Liver cleansing juice)

Sastojci: 3 sargarepe, 2 zelene jabuke, 1 cvekla, pola limuna, 2 lista zelene salata, 1 do 1.5 cm korena djumbira, 2 case vode.

Priprema:
1) Povrce i voce oljustiti i staviti u blender. 
2) Dodati 2 case prokuvane vode i samleti.
3) Sipati u bokal i cuvati u frizideru.
4) Jedna casa dnevno.

Ingredients: 3 carrots, 2 green apples, 1 beetroot, half a lemon, 2 lettuce leaves, 1 to 1.5 cm ginger root, 2 cups water.

Preparation:
1) Peel the vegetables and fruits and put them in a blender.
2) Add 2 cups of boiled water and mash until smooth.
3) Pour into a jug and store in the refrigerator.

Rostiljsko pilece belo meso (Barbecue chicken white meat)

Sastojci: domaci rostilj sos, 1 kg belog mesa, 2 glavice crnog luka, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti domaci rostilj sos. Odvojiti 1/3 sosa za kasnije. Crni luk oljustiti i iseci na reznjeve.
2) Belo meso iseci na zalogaj kocke.  
3) Belo meso staviti u ciniju, dodati 2/3 rostilj sosa i promesati. Staviti u frizider na 3 sata a bolje preko noci.
4) U pleh staviti papir za pecenje poredjati luk i poprskati maslinovim uljem i promesati. Preko staviti belo meso i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 160 C oko 35 minuta. Pomesati meso i premazati sa preostalim domacim rostilj sosom i peci jos 5 do 10 minuta.

Predlog: ovako mozete pripremiti pilece batake i karabatake i pileca krilca.

Ingredients: homemade barbecue sauce, 1 kg of chicken white meat, 2 onions, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Prepare homemade barbecue sauce. Separate 1/3 of the sauce for later. Peel the onions and cut into slices.
2) Cut the white meat into a bite size.
3) Put the white meat into the bowl, add 2/3 of the barbecue sauce and stir. Put in the fridge for 3 hours and better overnight.
4) Put baking paper in a baking tray and line with onion and drizzle with olive oil. Stir. Put the white meat and bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for about 35 minutes. Stir and coat meat with the remaining homemade bbq sauce and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.

Kako napraviti mladi sir (How to make farmer cheese)

Sastojci: 2 L mleka 3.2%, 250ml neutralne pavlake 20%, sok od 2 limuna, oko 200ml alkoholnog sirceta, najmanje 6 kasicica soli.


Priprema:
1) Zagreajti mleko do kljucanja na (4) da ne zagori. Dodati neutralnu pavlaku, sok od limuna i sirce. Promesati. Skloniti sa sporeta. Ostaviti 5 minuta.
2) Jedna gaza (velicine bebine pelene). Posuda, cediljka u nju, gaza u zediljku. Gazu malo pokvasiti vodom. Sipati masu. Iscediti surutku. 
3) Surutku presuti u drugu serpicu. Dodati 3 kasicice soli u sir. Dodati 3 kasicie soli u surutku i prokuvati, do kljucanja pa skloniti sa sporeta. 
4)Zamotati sir. I staviti u posudu.

Mamina krempita (Mom's creampie)

Sastojci: 2 kutije petit ber keksa ili domaceg keksa, malo mleka, 150g secera, 100ml vode, za krem - 5 jaja, 700ml mleka, 50g mekog brasna, 130g secera, 20g vanilina secera, 125g margarina (sobne temperature).

Priprema:
1) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Skuvati mleko.
2) Zumanca penasto umutiti sa secerom i vanilin secerom.

Kremasti kolac sa vocem (Creamy fruit cake)

Sastojci: biskvit, krem od cokolade - 200g cokolade, 200ml slatke pavlake, krem od voca - 500g voca, 100g secera, 150g maskarpone sira, 1 list zelatina, 200ml slaga (umucenog).

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti biskvit testo.
2) Na srednjoj temperaturi (4) otopiti cokoladu sa slatkom pavlakom.
3) Otopiti zelatina sa nekoliko kasika vode. Zagrejati blago da se otopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4) Pomesati voce sa secerom. Dodati maskarpone, zelatin i umutiti mikserom. 
5) Podeliti biskvit na 2 dela. Kora, krem od voca, kora, krem od cokolade.

Ingredients: biscuit, chocolate cream - 200g chocolate, 200ml heavy cream, fruit cream - 500g fruit, 100g sugar, 150g mascarpone cheese, 1 leaf of gelatin, 200ml of whipped cream.

Preparation:

Dzem od kajsija i badema (Apricot and almond jam)

Sastojci: 2.5 kg kajsija (bez kostica), 1 kg secera, 20g zelatina, 100g pecenh badema.

Priprema:
1) Kajsije iseci na kocke.
2) U serpu staviti kajsije i secer. Na srednjoj temperaturi (4) mesati da se secer otopi.
3) Zelatin otopiti u 100ml hladne vode i blgao zagrevati da se otopi. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4) Dodati u kajsije i promesati.
5) Dodati bademe i promesati.
6) Na jakoj vatri (6) kuvati 5 minuta sa konstantnim mesanjem.
7) Sipati u tegle, zatvoriti i okrenuti naopako. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
8) Cuvati naopako u frizideru dok ne pojedete dzem (da se ne stvori budj na vrhu).

Ingredients: 2.5 kg of apricots (peeled and pitted), 1 kg of sugar, 20g of gelatin, 100g of almonds.

Preparation:
1) Cut the apricots into cubes.
2) Put apricots and sugar in the pot. At medium temperature (4), stir to dissolve the sugar.
3) MIx the gelatin in 100ml of cold water and warm over low heat to dissolve. Allow to cool.
4) Add in apricots and stir.
5) Add the almonds and stir.

7) Pour into jars, close and turn upside down. Leave to cool.
8) Keep it upside down in the fridge until you have jam (so the mold is not formed).

Sladoled sa rumom i pistacima (Rum and pistachio ice cream)

Sastojci: 1 L mleka (punomasnog), 4 jaja, 300g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 100ml ruma, 50g cokolade (na kockice), 100g suvog grozdja, 100g pistaca.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti jaja sa secerom i vanilin secerom.
2) Na srednjoj temepraturi (4) kuvati mleko sa jajima dok se ne zgusne.
3) Mesati dok se ne ohladi.
4) Dodati rum, cokoladu i pistace i promesati.
5) Sipati u posude i staviti u zamrzivac.

Ingredients: 1 L milk (full fat), 4 eggs, 300g sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, 100ml rum, 50g chocolate (diced), 100g dried grapes, 100g pistachios.

Preparation:
1) Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamu.
2) At medium temperature (4), cook the milk with the eggs until thickened.
3) Stir until cool.
4) Add rum, chocolate and pistachios and stir.

5) Pour into containers and place in freezer.

Kako napraviti kondezovano mleko? (How to make condensed milk?)

Sastojci: 1 L mleka (punomasnog), 220g secera, 20g vanilin secera.

Priprema:
1) U serpu sipati mleko i pustiti da prokljuca kad pena podcne da se (brzo) dize skloniti sa sporeta.
2) Smanjiti na srednje nisku temperaturu (3) ili nisku (2) i sacekati da se temperatura snizi.
3) Dodati secer i kuvati najmanje 1 sat povremeno mesajuci. Mozete kuvati do 1 sat i 20 minuta.
4) Ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 1 L milk (full fat), 220g sugar, 20g vanillin sugar.

Preparation:
1) Pour milk into the pot and let it boil when the foam starts to rise (quickly) remove from stove.
2) Reduce to medium-low (3) or low (2) and wait for the temperature to drop.
3) Add sugar and cook for at least 1 hour stirring occasionally. You can cook for up to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
4) Allow to cool.

5) Pomesati belanca, slatku pavlaku i kajsije.
6) Sipati u posude i staviti u zamrzivac.

Ingredients: 600g apricots, 500ml heavy cream, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of rum, 2 egg whites.

Preparation:
1) Peel the apricots and remove the pits. Cut into cubes.
2) In a bowl mix apricots, sugar and rum with a hand mixer.
3) Whisk the sour cream.
4) Whisk the egg whites.
5) Stir in the egg whites, sour cream and apricots.
6) Pour into containers and place in freezer.

Kako pripremiti patlidzan? (How to preprare eggplant?)

Sastojci: patlidzan, so, maslinovo ulje.


Ako przite patlidzan-operite patlidzan, iseci na krajeve, pa iseci na kolutove 1 do 1,5cm debljine. Na pleh staviti papirni ubrus, i svako parce patlidzana posoliti sa obe strane. Ostaviti 30 minuta. Dobro isprati hladnom vodom so. Pokupiti vodu papirnim ubrusom. Prziti na ulju.


Ako pecete u rerni- operite patlidzan, iseci na krajeve, pa iseci na pola po duzini. Izbosti na nekoliko mesta viljuskom ili na isecenoj strani zaseci nozem nekoliko puta tako da dobijete rombove, posoliti u zaseke i ostaviti 30 minuta. Obrisati so i malo pritisnuti patlidzan sa strane da izadje tecnost. Premazati maslinovim uljem, staviti na papir za pecenje (isecenom stranom na dole) i peci na 200C oko 1 sat. Kasikom izvaditi sredinu patlidzana.


Ako dinstate patlidzan-operite patlidzan, iseci na krajeve, iseci na kockice. Na pleh staviti papirni ubrus, posoliti po ukusu. Ostaviti 30 minuta. Dobro isprati hladnom vodom so. Pokupiti vodu papirnim ubrusom. U tiganj sipatu ulje, staviti patlidzan i dinstati na srednjoj temperaturi povremeno dolivajuci vodu.


Ingredients: eggplant, salt and olive oil.

Dzem od dunja (Quince jam)

Sastojci: 3kg dunja, 700ml vode, 2 kasicice limuntusa, 700g secera.

Priprema:
1) Dunje oljustiti i ocistiti. Iseckati na kocke.
2) U serpu sipati vodu i pustiti da prokljuca na srednjoj temperaturi (4). Dodati dunje i kuvati sa limutusom dok ne omeksaju.
3) Staviti u blender i usitniti.
4) Vratiti u serpu, dodati secer i kuvati do zeljene gustine. 
5) Sipati u oprane, zagrejane i sterilisane tegle. Pokriti krpom i ostaviti da se ohlade preko noci. Zatvoriti i drzati tegle naopako dok se ne pojede dzem (da se ne bi budj hvatala na povrsini).

Ingredients: 3kg quince, 700ml water, 2 tablespoons citric acid, 700g sugar.

Preparation:
1) Peel and clean the quince. Cut into cubes.
2) Pour water into the pot and let it boil over medium temperature (4). Add quince and cook with citric acid until softened.
3) Put in a blender and finely chop.
4) Return to the pot, add the sugar and cook until thickens as much as you like.
5) Pour into washed, warmed and sterilized jars. Cover with a cloth and allow to cool overnight. Close and hold the jars upside down until the jam is eaten (to prevent it from catching mold on the surface).

Lazanja s povrcem (Lasagna with vegetables)

Sastojci: 8 listova lazanje, 300g spanaca, 300g pecurki, 1 tikvica, 400g paradajza, 200ml soka od paradajza ili sosa od paradajza, 2 sargarepe, 150g kackavalja (rendanog), 1 stap celera sa listovima, 3 cena belog luka, 1 kasika mesavine suvih biljaka (origano, bosiljak, timijan, persun, celer, ruzmarin, vlasac, korijander, mirodjija).

Priprema:
1) Pecurke, tikvice, sargarepu i paradajz oljustiti. Pecurke iseci na listice, tikvice, sargarepu i paradajz na kocke. Beli luk i oljustiti i sitno iseckati.Celer sitno iseckati. Pripremiti spanac.
2) U serpu pecurke, tikvicu, sargarepu, beli luk, celer i suvo bilje i prziti nekoliko minuta. Ako je potrebno dodati malo vode i kuvati jos 15 miuta.

Stapici lososa sa grilovanim povrcem (Grilled salmon sticks with grilled vegetables)

Sastojci: 500g lososa (fileti), 60g brasna, 1 jaje, 60g prezli, 5 komada crvenog krompira, 1+2 kasike maslinovog ulja, 2 korena paskanata ili persuna, 4 sargarepe, 1/2 kasicice suvog persuna, 1/2 kasicice suvog celera. 

Priprema:
1) Krompir, paskanat ili persun oljustiti i iseci na stapice.
2) U pleh na papir za pecenje poredjati krompir i poprskati kaskom maslinovog ulja. 

Palacinke od povrca bez jaja i glutena (Egg and gluten free vegetable pancakes)

Sastojci: 250g brasna od leblebija, 1 kasicica kurkume u prahu, 185ml vode, 1/2 kasicice praska za pecivo, 50g lista korijandera ili persuna (sitno seckanog), 100g spanaca, 200g sargarepe, 1/2 krompira (100g).

Priprema:
1) Krompir i sargarepu oljustiti. Sargarepu narendati. Obariti krompir u malo vode. Ocediti i izgnjeciti. Pripremiti spanac i iseci na trake.
2) U ciniji pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo i kurkumu. Dodati vodu i promesati. Dodati krompir pirea, korijander i promesati. Dodati spanac i sargarepu dobro promesati.
3) U tiganj staviti malo ulja i razmazati salvetom. Staviti kutlacu smese istanjiti i peci oko 3 do 4 minuta sa obe strane.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Pljeskavice od crvenog sociva.

Ingredients: 250g of chickpea flour, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 185ml of water, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 50g of coriander or parsley leaves (finely chopped), 100g of spinach, 200g of carrots, 1/2 of potatoe (100g).

Preparation:
1) Peel potatoes and carrots. Shred carrots. Cover the potatoes in a little water and cook. Drain and mash. Prepare spinach and cut into strips.
2) In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and turmeric. Add water and stir. Add mashed potatoes, coriander and stir. Add the spinach and carrots stir well.

3) Put some oil in the pan and smear with a napkin. Place laddle of batter and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes on both sides.

Kolac od jabuka (Apple cake)

Sastojci: 160g margarina, 3 jaja, 2 kasike secera, 6g praska za pecivo, 300g mekog brasna, 500g kiselih jabuka, 1 kasika griza, 80g secera, malo ulja.

Priprema:
1) Umutiti zumanca sa 2 kasike secera, dodati umucen margarin, pa dobro izmesati.
2) Dodati brasno sa praskom za pecivo i izmesati.
3) Podmazati pleh i posuti brasnom.
4) Razvuci testo u pleh i peci.
5) Kad je upola peceno, izvaditi i staviti jabuke isecene na krugove.
6) Umutiti belanca sa secerom i dodati griz, pa sjediniti.
7) Preliti preko jabuka i vratiti u rernu da se pece.

Predlog: mozete napraviti i Pitu od jabuka bez jaja sa korama.

Ingredients: 160g margarine, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons sugar, 6g of baking powder, 300g soft flour, 500g sour apples, 1 tablespoon semolina, 80g sugar, a little oil.

Preparation:
1) Whisk egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of sugar, add the margarine mixture and stir well.

Saksuka sa paradajzom (Shakshuka with tomatoes)

Sastojci: 2 jaja, 2 paradajza, 1 paprika babura (na kockice), 2 kasike paradajz paste, 2 kasike crnog luka (sitno sekcanog), 2 kasike lista persuna (sitno sekcanog), 2 cena belog luka (sitno sekcanog), 1/2 kasicice kima u prahu, 1/2 kasicice korijandera u prahu, 1/2 kasicice secera, 2 kasike ulja uljane repice.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti paradajz.
2) U tiganju na srednjoj temperaturi (4) prziti crni luk dok ne postane svetlo braon. Dodati beli luk i prziti dok ne pusti miris.
3) Dodati papriku i kuvati dok ne omeksa na pola oko 10 minuta.

4) Dodati paradajz, paradajz pastu, kim, korijander, secer i kuvati jos 10 minuta.
5) Podeliti na dva dela (spljeskana). Na svaki deo staviti po jaje. Poklopiti i kuvati do zeljenje mekoce ili tvrdoce zumanaca, od 5 do 15 minuta. Pet minuta pred kraj dodati persun.


Predlog: saksuku mozete posluziti uz pita hleb za doruca ili za rucak ili veceru uz amarant, kinou ili pirinac.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper (diced), 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of onion (chopped), 2 tablespoons of parsley leaf (chopped), 2 cloves of garlic (chopped), 1/2 teaspoons of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoons of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of canola oil.

Preparation:
1) Peel tomatoes.
2) In a frying pan over medium heat (4) fry the onions until light brown. Add garlic and fry until fragrant.
3) Add the peppers and cook until softened in half for about 10 minutes.
4) Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin, coriander, sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
5) Divide into two parts (flattened). Put an egg on each part. Cover and cook until desired for the softness or hardness of the yolks, 5 to 15 minutes. Five minutes before the end add the parsley.


Suggestion: you can serve the shashuka with pita bread for breakfast or for lunch or dinner with amaranth, quinoa or rice.

Crno beli kolac od griza (Black and white semolina cake)

Sastojci: 6 jaja, 400-500ml jogurta, 200g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 260ml ulja, 360g brasna, 400g griza, 3 kasike rogaca ili 3 kasike kakaoa, 16g praska za peciivo.

Priprema:
1) Umutiti 3 jaja sa 100g secera i 10g vanilin secera. Dodati 200ml jogurta i 130ml ulja i promesati. Dodati 180g brasna, 8g praska za pecivo, 200g griza i rogac. Promesati kasikom.
3) Ponoviti postupak jos jednom pa dodati 3 kasike kokosa umesto rogaca.
4) U pleh srednje velicine staviti papir za pecenje pa staviti smesu od rogaca i lepo izravnati. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 30 minuta ili dok se ispece. Izvaditi iz rerne i ostaviti da se ohladi. Ponoviti postupak sa kokos smesom. Ostaviti da se ohladi pa izvaditi iz pleha.
5) Pripremiti poslasticarski krem bez brasna ili poslasticarki krem. Podeliti na 2 dela.
6) Staviti recimo braon koru, fil, zuta koru, fil.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Koh od griza sa kremom od belog vina.

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 400-500ml buttermilk, 200g sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, 260ml oil, 360g flour, 400g semolina, 3 tbsp of carob or 3 tabsp of cocoa, 16g of baking powder.

Preparation:
1) Whisk 3 eggs with 100g of sugar and 10g of vanillin sugar. Add 200-250ml buttermilk and 130ml oil and stir. Add 180g flour, 8g baking powder, 200g semolina and carobt. Stir with a spoon.
3) Repeat the process again and add 3 tbsp of coconut instead of carob.
4) Put baking paper in a medium size baking pan, then place the carob mixture and flatten it nicely. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes or until baked. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Repeat the process with the coconut mixture. Allow to cool and remove from the baking pan.
5) Prepare a pastry cream without flour or confectioner cream. Divide into 2 parts.
6) Put on, say, brown layer, filling, yellow layer, filling.

Suggestion: you can make Semolina koh with white wine cream.

Integralni hleb (Integral bread)

Sastojci: 500g integralnog brasna, 1 1/2 kasike suvog kvasca, 400 ml tople vode, 1 kasicica secera, 1/2 kasicice soli, 2 kasike mlevenog lana, 1 kasika cia semenki, 2 kasike semenki suncokreta, 2 kasike semenki bundeve, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati toplu vodu sa kvascem i secerom i ostaviti 15 minuta da nadodje.
2) U brasno dodati so i promesati. Dodati kvasac i mesati. Dodati lan, cia, suncokret i bundevine semenke i promesati.
3) Na malo integralnog brasna staviti testo i mesiti 15 minuta. Staviti u ciniju testo i premazati sa 1 kasikom ulja sa svih strana. Pokriti i ostaviti na toplom da nadodje. 
4) Na malo integralnog brasna izvaditi testo i pesnicom udarati da izadje vazduh. Kratko premesiti testo pokriti i ostaviti da odmori 5 minuta. 
5) Pleh za hleb namazati uljem. Od testa napraviti oblik hleba i staviti u pleh. Pokriti i ostaviti jos 1 sat da nadodje. 
6) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C 30 zatim na 220 C jos oko 10 do 15 minuta. Izvaditi iz rerne poprskati vodom i ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 500g integral flour, 1 1/2 tablespoons of dry yeast, 400 ml of warm water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoons of ground flax, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp olive.

Preparation:
1) Mix warm water with yeast and sugar and allow to stand for 15 minutes.
2) Add salt to the flour and stir. Add yeast and stir. Add flax, chia, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and stir.
3) Put the dough on the surface with integral flour and knead for 15 minutes. Put the dough in a bowl and coat with 1 tbsp of oil on all sides. Cover and set aside on warm to rise.
4) Put the dough on surface with integral flour and with a fist hit the dough. This removes air from the dough. Cover the dough and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
5) Grease the bread pan with oil. From the dough make the shape of the bread and put in a baking pan. Cover and allow another 1 hour to rise.
6) Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C 30 then at 220 C for another 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven sprinkle with water and allow to cool.
