Frape od aronije i borovnica (Aronia and blueberry smoothie)

Sastojci: 500ml jogurta, 10 kockica leda, 1 kasika meda ili agava sirupa, 15-20 bobica aronije (sveza), 20 borovnica, 10 lesnika.

Priprema:
1. U blender staviti sve sastojke i blendati dok se ne sjedini i postane glatko. 

Ingredients: 500ml of buttermilk, 10 ice cubes, 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup, 15-20 aronia berries (fresh) , 20 blueberries, 10 hazelnuts.

Preparation:
1. In a blender put all ingredients and blend until combined and smooth.

Ledena kafa (Ice coffee)

Sastojci: 50ml jake crne kafe (hladne) ili espresa (hladan), 400ml mleka, 5 kugli sladoleda od vanile, 5 kocki leda, 2 kasike rendane cokolade, slag (umucen).

Priprema:
1. Mleko i kafu sipati u blender. Dodati 3 kugle sladoleda i led, pa blendati dok se smesa ne ujednaci. 
2. Sipati u dve visoke case. 
3. Ukrasite svaku kafu preostalim kuglama sladoleda i slagom, pa posuti cokoladom.

Ingredients: 50ml of strong black coffee (cold) or espresso (cold), 400ml milk, 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 5 ice cubes, 2 tablespoons grated chocolate, whipped cream (beaten).

Preparation:
1. Milk and coffee pour into blender. Add 3 scoops of ice cream and ice, and blend until the mixture is smooth.
2. Pour into two tall glasses.
3. Garnish each coffee with remaining ice cream scoops and whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate.

Frape od jagoda sa slatkom pavlakom (Strawberry and heavy cream smoothie)

Sastojci: 500g jagoda, 20g vanilin secera, 500ml jogurta, 200ml umucene slatke pavlake, 1 kasika limunovog soka. 

Priprema:
1. Jagode oprati i ocistiti.
2. U blender staviti sve sastojke i blendati dok se ne sjedini i postane glatko. 

Ingredients: 500g strawberries, 20g vanilla sugar, 500ml of buttermilk, 200ml heavy cream, 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Preparation:
1. Wash and clean strawberries.
2. In a blender put all ingredients and blend until combined and smooth.

Jednostavan frape od banane i badema (Simple banana and almond smoothie)

Sastojci: 3 banane, 500ml mleka, 1 kasika meda ili agava sirupa, 1/2 kasicice muskatnog oraha (u prahu), 10 badema.

Priprema:
1. U blender staviti sve sastojke i blendati dok se ne sjedini i postane glatko. 

Ingredients: 3 bananas, 500ml milk, 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (powdered), 10 almonds.

Zeleni sok sa djumbirom (Green juice with ginger)

Sastojci: 200g spanaca, 100g persuna, 1 veza celera, 1 krastavac, 1 sok od limete ili limuna, 1 komad od oko 2cm djumbira, 10 kockica leda, hladna voda (ako zatreba).

Priprema:
1) Oprati spanac, persun, celer i krastavac. Krastavac oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Djumbir oljustiti.
2) Staviti sve sastojke u blender osim leda. Blendirati. Dodati led i ponovo blendirati.
3) Ako je pregusto dodati malo vode. Pa opet blendirati.

Ingredients: 200g spinach, 100g parsley, 1 bunch of celery, 1 cucumber, 1 lime or lemon juice, 1 piece of about 2cm ginger, 10 cubes of ice, cold water (if necessary).

Preparation:
1) Wash the spinach, parsley, celery and cucumber. Peel cucumber and cut into cubes. Peel ginger.
2) Put all ingredients in a blender except ice. Blend. Add ice and again blend.

3) If it is too thick add a little water. Again blend.

Caj za ciscenje (Cleansing tea)

Sastojci: 1 limun, 1 kasika agave sirupa, 1 kasicica kurkume (ravna), 1 kasicica djumbira u prahu (ravna).

Priprema:
1) Pomesati 500ml hladne vode, sok od limuna, agava sirup, kurkumu i djumbir.
2) Prokuvati 1litar vode i dodati caju. 
3) Dobro promesati i sluziti. 

Ingredients: 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon agave syrup, 1 teaspoon turmeric (flat), 1 teaspoon ginger powder (flat).

Preparation:
1) Mix 500ml of cold water, lemon juice, agave syrup, turmeric and ginger.
2) Boil 1 litre of water and add to tea.

3) Mix well and serve.

Frape sa zelenim cajem (Smoothie with green tea)

Sastojci: 2 grejpfruta, 2 pomorandze, 1 limeta ili limun,  250ml zelenog caja (bez secera, iz frizidera), 250ml jogurta (sa niskim procentom masti), 1 banana, 1 kasika agavinog sirupa ili meda, 10 kockica leda.

Priprema:
1) Kada skuvate zeleni caj ostavite da se ohladi, pa stavite u frizider. 
2) Grejprfut, pomorandzu, limetu ili limun oprati, pa oljustiti kore. Bananu oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
3) Sve staviti u blender osim leda. Blendirati. Zatim dodati led i blendirati.

Ingredients: 2 grapefruits, 2 oranges, 1 lime or lemon, 250ml green tea (no sugar, from the fridge), 250ml of buttermilk (low-fat), 1 banana, 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey, 10 ice cubes.

Preparation:
1) When you cook green tea, let it cool, then put in the fridge.
2) Wash grapefruits, oranges, lime or lemon and peel. Peel banana and cut into cubes.

3) Put all in blender except ice. Blend. Then add ice and blend again.

Letnji sok (Summer juice)

Sok protiv dehidratacije.

Sastojci: 4 krastavca, 2 crvene jabuke, 200g jagoda.

Priprema:
1) Krastavac i jabuke oprati i iseci na kocke. Jagode oprati i ocistiti od peteljki.
2) Staviti sve u sokovnik.

Juice against dehydration.

Ingredients: 4 cucumbers, 2 red apples, 200g strawberries.

Preparation:
1) Wash cucumbers and apples and cut into cubes. Wash strawberries and clean of stems.
2) Put everything in the juicer.

Detoks voda (Detox water)

Sastojci: 2 l hladne vode, 1 limun, pola krastavca, pola veze zelja (bez peteljki), pola veze persuna (bez peteljki), 200g brusnica (smrznutih).

Priprema:
1) Limun i krastavac oprati i iseci na tanke kolutove. Zelje i persun oprati i iseckati.
2) U hladnu vodu dodati limun, krastavac, zelje, persun i brusnice. 
3) Promesati i ostaviti u frizideru od 6-8h.

Ingredients: 2 liters of cold water, 1 lemon, half a cucumber, half a bunch of greens  (no stems), half bunch of parsley (no stems), 200g cranberries (frozen).

Preparation:
1) Wash lemon and cucumber and cut into thin rings. Wash cabbage and parsley and chop.
2) To the cold water add lemon, cucumber, greens, parsley and cranberries.
3) Mix and leave in the fridge of 6-8h.

Zeleni djus (Green juice)

Sastojci: 500g spanaca, 150g zelja, 1 krastavac, pola veze persuna, pola veze korijandera, 2 zelene jabuke, sok od pola limete ili limuna.

Priprema:
1) Oprati svo povrce, a limetu ili limun iscediti.
2) Na nisku brzinu u sokovniku staviti sve povrce.
3) Sipati u bokal i dodati sok od limete ili limuna.

Ingredients: 500g spinach, 150g of greens, 1 cucumber, half bunch of parsley, half bunch of coriander, 2 green apples, juice of half a lime or lemon.

Preparation:
1) Wash all vegetables and squeeze juice from lime or lemon.
2) On low speed in a juicer put all the vegetables.

3) Pour into a pitcher and add the lime juice or lemon juice.

Salata za upalu besike (Salad for inflammation of the bladder)

Sastojci: 3 sargarepe, 1 jabuka, 1 koren celera, 50g brusnica (svezih ili suvih), 50g borovnica (svezih ili suvih), za preliv - 2 kasike limunovog soka, 1 kasicica djumbira u prahu (ravna), 1 kasika meda.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti sargarepu, koren celera i jabuku. Iseckati na kockice ili izrendati.
2) Pomesati sok od limuna, djumbir i med.
3) Pomesati sargarepu, jabuku, celer, brusnice i borovnice pa preliti zacinjenim sokom od limuna.

Ingredients: 3 carrots, 1 apple, 1 celery root, 50g cranberries (fresh or dried), 50g blueberries (fresh or dried), for dressing - 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2g ginger powder, 1 tablespoon honey.

Preparation:
1) Peel carrots, celery root and apple. Dice or shred.
2) Mix the lemon juice, ginger and honey.
3) Mix the carrot, apple, celery, cranberries and blueberries and pour with spiced lemon juice.

Corba od celera (Celery chowder)

Za upalu besike


Sastojci: 2 krompira, 2 korena celera, 3 sargarepe, 1 glavica crnog luka, 2 kasike sitno seckanog persunovog lisca,  2 kasike sitno seckanog celerovog lisca, so.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti celer, krompire, sargarepe i crni luk. Iseckati sve na kocke.
2) Staviti da se kuva. Kad je gotovo ocediti i staviti sve u blender i izblendati.
3) Vratiti u serpu sa vodom u kojoj se kuvalo povrce, posolite po ukusu i pustiti da prokljuca. Na kraju, dodati lisce celera i persuna.

For inflammation of the bladder


Ingredients: 2 potatoes, 2 celery root, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley leaves, 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery leaves, salt.

Preparation:
1) Peel celery, potatoes, carrots and onions. Chop all in the cubes.
2) Cook. When done drain and put everything in the blender and blend.
3) Return to the pot with the water in which the vegetables were cooking, season with salt to taste and let it boil. Finally, add the leaves of celery and parsley.

Borovnice u medu (Blueberries in honey)

Protiv upale besike.

Sastojci: 400g borovnica ili brusnice, 600g meda.

Priprema:
1) U teglu sipati borovnice ili brusnice. Dodati med i promesati.
2) Ostaviti u frizideru dan i noc.

Savet: uzimati tri puta na dan pola sata pre jela.
Napomena: mozete stavit pola borovnica a pola brusnice.

Anti-inflammatory bladder.

Ingredients: 400g blueberries or cranberries, 600g of honey.

Preparation:
1) In a jar put the blueberries or cranberries. Add honey and stir.
2) Leave in the fridge the day and night.

Tip: take three times a day half an hour before meals.
Note: you can put half of blueberiies and half of cranberries.

Cokoladni kolac bez jaja (Chocolate cake without eggs)


Sastojci: kora-300g secera, 400g brasna, 400ml jogurta, 200ml ulja, 2 kasike kakaoa, 2 kasicice sode bikarbone, 20g vanilin secera; fil-180g margarina, 150g cokolade, 12 kasika mleka, 7 kasika secera; 100g umucenog slaga.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno, kakao i sodu bikarbonu. Dodati secer i vanilin secer. Zatim dodati, jogurt i ulje. Dobro izmesati.
2) Otopiti cokoladu sa mlekom. Dodati secer pa nas taviti sa topljenjem. Dodati na kockice isecen margarin i dobro sjediniti.

Kompot od suvog voca (Dried fruits compote)

Sastojci: 250g iseckanih suvih kajsija, 125g iseckanih suvih jabuka, 150g suvih brusnica, 100g urmi (bez kostica), 70g zutog secera, kora od  jednog limuna, 3 kasike soka od limuna, 1 stapic cimeta.

Priprema: 
1) Staviti kajsije, jabuke, brusnice, urme, secer, sok i koru od limuna i stapic cimeta i 500ml vode da se kuvaju. Kad provri, smanjite vatru, pokrijti posudu i krckati dok voće ne omekša, oko 25 minuta.
2) Izvaditi limunovu koru i stapic cimeta. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 250g chopped dried apricots, chopped 125g dried apple, 150g dried cranberries, 100g of dates (removed pits), 70g brown sugar, rind of one lemon, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 stick of cinnamon.

Preparation:
1) Place the apricots, apples, cranberries, dates, sugar, juice and lemon peel and cinnamon stick in 500ml water and cook. When it boils, reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer until fruit is tender, about 25 minutes.
2) Remove the lemon rind and cinnamon stick. Allow to cool.

2) Napravite sok u sokovniku od dinje, belog luka, praziluka, limuna i jabuka.

Priprema:
1) Oprati, oljustiti i iseci na kocke jabuke. Celer i persun oprati. Kelj oprati i iseci na manje komade.
2) U blender staviti sve sastojke i blendirati.

Priprema:
1) Oprati, oljustiti i iseci na manje komade sargarepu. Oprati spanac.
2) U sokovniku iscediti sok od sargarepe.
3) U blender staviti spanac i blendirati.
4) U blender dodati spanac i kratko miksati.

Predlog: mozete napraviti takodje za gorusicu Sok od cvekle, krastavca i sargarepe, ovaj sok je takodje dobar i za ciscenje organizma.

Ingredients: 450g spinach and 6 carrots.

Preparation:
1) Wash, peel and cut into smaller pieces carrots. Wash spinach.

Sastojci: 2 banana, 500g ananasa, 1 1/2 kasika sveze izrendanog djumbira ili 1 1/2 kasicica suvog, 300ml jogurta, 250ml soka od ananasa.

Priprema:
1) Bananu oljustiti i iseci na kolutove. Ananas iseckati na kocke.
2) Sve sastojke staviti u blender i blendati.

Ingredients: 2 bananas, 50g pineapple, 1 1/2 tablespoon freshly grated ginger or 1 1/2 teaspoon dried, 300ml yogurt, 250ml pineapple juice.
