Za snizavanje visokog krvnog pritiska
Sastojci: 1 dinja, 7-8 cena belog luka, 1 praziluk, 1 limun, 4 jabuka.
Priprema:
1) Oprati i oljustiti dinju i jabuke, zatim iseci na kocke. Oljustiti beli luk i praziluk pa iseci na manje komade. Iscediti sok od limuna.
2) Napravite sok u sokovniku od dinje, belog luka, praziluka, limuna i jabuka.

Ingredients: 1 melon, 7-8 cloves garlic, 1 leek, 1 lemon, 4 apples.
Preparation:
1) Wash and peel the melon and apples, then cut into cubes. Peel garlic and leeks and cut into smaller pieces. Squeeze lemon juice.
2) Make the juice in a juicer from melon, garlic, leek, lemon and apples.
