Sastojci: ½ kocke za supu od povrća ili pilece, 1/4 kašičice narendanog svežeg đumbira, 1 kašika tople vode, pirinčani rezanci - vermiceli, 80g kimčija, grubo iseckanog, 80g edamamea (oljuštenog i odmrznutog), 150g sitno iseckanog bebi spanaća, 650ml vode (ključale), 200g piletine (grilovane) ili 6 škampa (kuvanih).
Priprema:
1. U šerpi pomešati kocku supe, đumbir, spanać i rezance. Dodajte vodu i ostavite da kuva 3 do 4 minuta.
2. Smrznuti edamam kuvajte u posebnoj serpici 2 minuta, ako koristite svež edamam, kuvajte ih 5 do 6 minuta. Ocedite i isperite mahune edamame pod hladnom vodom.
3. Dodajte kimči, edamame i luk u šerpu.
Ingredients: ½ cube vegetable bouillon base, 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger, 1 tbsp warm water, rice noodles - vermicelli, 80g kimchi, roughly chopped, 80g edamame (shelled and thawed), 150g baby spinach, 1 small onion (thinly sliced), 650ml water (boiling), 200g grilled chicken or 6 shrimps (cooke).
Preparation:
1. In a pot combine bouillon base, ginger, spinach and noodles. Add water and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Boil frozen edamame, in a separate saucepan, for 2 minutes, if using fresh edamame, cook them for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain and rinse edamame pods under cold water.
3. Add kimchi, edamame and onions to the pot.
