Sastojci: 100g speltinog brašna, 100g kefira.
Priprema:
1. Pomešati speltino brasno i kefir. Promesati dobro - da nema grudvica.
2. Ostavite da stoji 12 sati na sobnoj temperaturi. Čašu poklopiti i uviti u ćebe da ubrzate proces.
3. Ako je prostorija u kojoj stoji casa niza od 22 C trebace vam vise vremena i do 24 sata.
4. Kad se pojave mehurici i kad se masa udvostrucila, kvasac je gotov.
5. Kefir kvasac pomesati sa brašnom od kojeg zelite da pravite hleb i ostavite 12 sati da odstoji. Poklopite činiju u kojoj se nalazi smesa i umotajte u ćebe. Masa ce se udvostruciti.
6. Premesti.
7. Ostaviti na toplom 3 sata i peci.

6. Knead the dough.
7. Leave it in a warm place for 3 hours and bake.
