Sastojci: 150g crnih maslina, 1 kašika soka od limuna, 3 čena belog luka, 60ml maslinovog ulja.
Priprema:
1. Masline dobro isperite pod mlazom hladne vode i ocedite. Zatim obrisati cistom kuhinjskom krpom. Beli luk oljustiti.
2. Izvadite koštice i stavite u seckalicu.
3. Dodati sok od limuna i beli luk i sve zajedno iseckajte dok ne dobijete kašastu smesu.
4. Staviti u staklenu činiju i postepeno dodajte maslinovo ulje, neprestano mešajući.
5. Presuti u staklenu teglu i cuvati u frizideru.
6. Posluzite uz hleb ili krekere.
Ingredients: 150g of black olives, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 3 cloves of garlic, 60ml of olive oil.
Preparation:
1. Rinse the olives well under cold water and drain. Then wipe with a clean kitchen towel. Peel the garlic.
2. Remove the seeds and place in a food processor.
3. Add lemon juice and garlic and chop everything together until you get a mushy mixture.
4. Place in a glass bowl and gradually add olive oil, stirring constantly.
5. Pour into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
6. Serve with bread or crackers.
