Sastojci: 300g kisele pavlake, 270g šećera, 30g vanilin šećera, 80g margarina, 1 kasicica ekstrakta vanile, prstohvat karanfilica u prahu.
Priprema:
0. Margarin iseci na kocke.
1. U serpu sipati kiselu pavlaku i staviti na srednju temperaturu (4) i kad provri, dodati šećer, vanilin šećer i karanfilic i promesati.
2. Smanjiti temperaturu na srednje nisku (3) i kuvati dok ne dobije karamel boju.
3. Dodati margarin i neprekidno mesati jedan minut.
4. Dodati vanila ekstrakt i promesati.
5. Vruću smesu razliti u modlice i ostaviti da se ohladi i stegne.
6. Izvaditi karamele i uviti ili i celofan ili papir za pecenje.
7. Cuvati u frizideru.
Ingredients: 300g of sour cream, 270g of sugar, 30g of vanilla sugar, 80g of margarine, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of clove powder.
Preparation:
0. Cut the margarine into cubes.
1. Pour sour cream into a saucepan and put on medium heat (4) and when it boils, add sugar, vanilla sugar and cloves and mix.
2. Reduce the temperature to medium-low (3) and cook until it gets a caramel colour.
3. Add margarine and stir continuously for one minute.
4. Add vanilla extract and stir.
5. Pour the hot mixture into the moulds and leave to cool and harden.
6. Take out the caramels and wrap them in cellophane or baking paper.
7. Store in the refrigerator.
