Sastojci: 6 jaja, 300g belog sira, 100g grckog jogurta, 6 kasika psilijum ljuspica, po prstohvat sode bikarbone i soli, semenke (susam, lan, semenke suncokreta i bundeve) za posipanje.
Priprema:
1. Umutiti jaja. Sir izgnjeciti viljuskom. Pomesati psilijum, sodu bikarbonu i so i dobro promesati.
2. Dodati sir i grcki jogurt i promesati.
3. Dodati mesavinu psilijuma u jaja s sirom i jogurtom i sve dobro sjediniti.
4. Ostaviti 30 minuta da psilijum nabubri.
5. Ruke navlaziti i oblikovati loptice i malo pritisnuti dlanom odozgo.
6. U pleh za pecenje staviti papir za pecenje i poredjati lepinjice. Obavezno napraviti razmak jer ce tokom pecenja da se prosire. Posuti semenkama.
7. Ostaviti da odstoji 20 minuta.
8. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 30 minuta.
Napomena: tokom pecenja ne otvarati rernu da ne bi lepinje splasnule.
9. Kad su pecene, otvoriti vrata rerne i ostaviti lepinje da se ohlade.
10. Kad se ohlade, cuvati u frizideru do 5 dana.
Ingredients: 6 eggs, 300g of white cheese, 100g of Greek yogurt, 6 tablespoons of psyllium flakes, a pinch of baking soda and salt, seeds (sesame, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds) for sprinkling.
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs. Mash the cheese with a fork. Mix psyllium, baking soda and salt and mix well.
2. Add cheese and Greek yogurt and stir.
3. Add the psyllium mixture to the eggs with cheese and yogurt and mix everything well.
4. Leave 30 minutes for the psyllium to swell.
5. Moisten your hands and form balls and press a little with your palm from above.
6. Put baking paper in the baking tray and line up the buns. Make sure to leave a gap because it will expand during baking. Sprinkle with seeds.
7. Let it stand for 20 minutes.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
Note: during baking, do not open the oven so that the buns do not go flat.
9. When they are baked, open the oven door and leave the buns to cool.
10. When cooled, store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
