Sastojci: 500g svežih špargli stapice (ociscenih), 60g putera, 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 3g krupne soli, ¼ kašičice mlevenog crnog bibera, 3 čena belog luka (mleveno), ½ kašičice kima, 1 kašičica bosiljka (suvog), ½ ruzmarina (suvog).
Priprema:
1. Rastopite puter u tiganju na srednje jakoj vatri (5). Dodajte maslinovo ulje, so, biber, kim, bosiljak i ruzmarin i pržite i mešajte dok beli luk ne zamiriše, oko 30 sekundi.
2. Dodati špargle i pržiti dok ne omekšaju, često okrećući špargle da bi se obezbedilo ravnomerno przenje, oko 10 minuta.
Ingredients: 500g fresh asparagus spears (trimmed), 60g butter, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3g coarse salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, 3 cloves garlic (minced), ½ tsp cumin, 1 tsp basil (dry), ½ tsp rosemary (dry).
Preparation:
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat (5). Add olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, basil and rosemary and fry and stir until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
2. Add asparagus and fry until fork-tender, turning asparagus often to ensure even cooking, about 10 minutes.
