Sastojci: 125ml grčkog jogurta, 1 kašičica sosa od italijanskog šljiva paradajza, 70ml majoneza, 1 čen belog luka, 1 kašičica limunovog soka, 1 kašičica ekstra devičanskog maslinovog ulja, 1 kašičica meda, himalajska so i mleveni crni biber.
Priprema:
0. Beli luk oljustiti.
1. U procesor za hranu ili blender stavite jogurt, majonez, so, beli luk, limunov sok, maslinovo ulje i med. Blendajte nekoliko sekundi.
2. Dodajte prstohvat soli i bibera i blendajte dok ne postane glatko.
Ingredients: 125ml Greek yoghurt, 1 teaspoon Italian plum tomato sauce, 70ml mayonnaise, 1 garlic clove, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon honey, himalayan salt and ground black pepper.
Preparation:
1. In a food processor or blender, put the yoghurt, mayonnaise, sauce, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and honey. Blend for a few seconds.
2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
