Sastojci: 5 L + 500ml vode, 6 kasika kukuruznog brasna, 1 kasika psenicnog brasna, 20g svezeg kvasca, 200g secera, cimet.
Priprema:
0. Kvasac izmrviti i pomesati sa malo tople vode i 1 kasikom secera i ostaviti 15 minuta da nadodje.
1. U ciniji pomesati kukuruzno i psenicno brasno. Dodati malo vode i promesati da nema grudvica.
2. U serpu sipati 5 L vode i pustiti da prokljuca.
3. Smanjiti temperaturu na srednju (4) ili srednje nisku (3) i sipati mesavinu brasna. Promesati i kuvati 30 minuta povremeno mesajuci.
4. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
5. Dodati kvasac i promesati.
6. Ostaviti 24h.
7. Procediti.
8. Secer sipati u serpu i blago ga karamelizovati. Dodati 500ml vode i pustiti da prokljuca.
9. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
10. Sirup od secera dodati u prethodnu smesu i dobro promesati.
11. Sipati u flase.
12. Cuvati u frizideru do 5 dana.
13. Sipati u casu i posuti sa malo cimeta.
Ingredients: 5 L + 500ml of water, 6 tablespoons of corn flour, 1 tablespoon of wheat flour, 20g of fresh yeast, 200g of sugar, cinnamon.
Preparation:
0. Crumble the yeast and mix it with a little warm water and 1 tablespoon of sugar and let it rise for 15 minutes.
1. Mix corn and wheat flour in a bowl. Add a little water and stir so that there are no lumps.
2. Pour 5 L of water into the pot and let it boil.
3. Reduce the temperature to medium (4) or medium-low heat (3) and pour the flour mixture. Stir and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Leave to cool.
5. Add yeast and mix well.
6. Leave for 24 hours.
7. Strain.
8. Pour the sugar into a saucepaml and caramelise it slightly. Add 500ml of water and let it boil.
9. Leave to cool.
10. Add the sugar syrup to the previous mixture and mix well.
11. Pour into bottles.
12. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
13. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
