Tuna rolnice (Tuna rolls burrito)

Sastojci: 360g tune (iz konzerve), 150g kukuruza, 2 crvene paprike, 1 crni luk, 250g crnog pasulja (skuvanog), 6 lista iceberg salate ili kupusa, 3 paradajza, 1 ½ kasicice kima u prahu, ½ tsp belog luka u prahu, ¼ kasicice ljute paprike u prahu, tortilje ili heljdine tortilje, ulje.


Priprema:

1. Ocediti tunu. Ocistiti papriku, paradajz i crni luk. Papriku i iceberg salatu ili kupus iseci na trakice. Paradajz i crni luk sitno iseckati.

2. Na ulju proprziti crni luk.


3. Dodati papriku i prziti jos nekoliko minuta. 

4. Dodati paradajz, kim, beli luk i ljutu papriku i prziti jos 10 minuta.

5. U serpi skuvati kukuruz (10 minuta). Ocediti.

6. U ciniji pomesati tunu, kukuruz, crni pasulj, papriku s paradajzom i iceberg salatu ili kupus.

7. Filovati tortilje. Zaviti rolnice.


Ingredients: 360g tuna (canned), 150g corn, 2 red peppers, 1 onion, 250g black beans (cooked), 6 leaves of iceberg lettuce or cabbage, 3 tomatoes, 1 ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper powder, tortillas or buckwheat tortillas, oil.


Preparation:

1. Drain the tuna. Clean the peppers, tomatoes and onion. Cut the peppers and iceberg lettuce or cabbage into strips. Finely chop the tomato and onion.

2. Fry the onion in oil. 

3. Add peppers and fry for a few more minutes.

4. Add tomatoes, cumin, garlic and cayenne pepper and fry for another 10 minutes.

5. Cook corn in a saucepan (10 minutes). Drain.

6. Mix tuna, corn, black beans, peppers with tomatoes and iceberg lettuce or cabbage in a bowl.

7. Fill the tortillas. Wrap the rolls.
