Sastojci: 2kg belog duda, 1kg secera, 500ml vode, 3g limuntusa ili sok od jednog limuna.
Priprema:
1. Dud oprati i propasirati.
2. Secer staviti u serpu i dodati vodu. Na srednjoj temperaturi (4) skuvati sirup. Kad se secer otopi kuvati dok se sirup ne zgusne.
3. Pasiran dud dodati u sirup. Dodati limuntus ili sok od limuna i kuvati mesajuci dok se ne pocne da se zgusnjava.
4. Vruc dzem sipati u sterilisane tegle.
5. Ostaviti da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi.
6. Staviti poklopce i pokriti celofanom (dvostruko) umocenim u alkohol i gumicom, cvrsto vezati.
Ingredients: 2kg of white mulberry, 1kg of sugar, 500ml of water, 3g of citric acid or juice of one lemon.
Preparation:
1. Wash and mash the mulberries.
2. Put sugar in a saucepan and add water. Boil the syrup at medium temperature (4). When the sugar melts, cook until the syrup thickens.
3. Add pureed mulberries to the syrup. Add citric acid or lemon juice and cook stirring until it starts to thicken.
4. Pour the hot jam into sterilised jars.
5. Leave to cool at room temperature.
6. Put the lids on or cover with cellophane (double) dipped in alcohol and rubber band, tie tightly.
