Sastojci: 732 ml punomasnog mleka.
Priprema:
1. U loncu sa debelim dnom stavite mleko da ključa na srednjoj vatri (4). Smanjite toplotu na srednje nisku (3) i ostavite da lagano krčka oko 25 minuta, povremeno mešajući da se ne zagore na dnu serpe.
2. Krčkajte dok se ne smanji na pola tečnosti i dok ne postane kremasto.
3. Procedite ga kroz sito da uklonite kajmak.
4. Ostavite da se potpuno ohladi.
5. Pokrijte mleko i držite ga u frižideru do 4 dana.
Ingredients: 732 ml full fat milk.
Preparation:
1. In a heavy bottom saucepan, bring the milk to a simmer over medium heat (4). Reduce heat to medium-low (3) and let it gently simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure it's not getting scorched on the bottom of the pan.
2. Simmer until it's reduced down to half the liquid and until it gets creamy.
3. Pass it through a sieve to remove any skin.
4. Leave to cool completely.
5. Cover the milk and keep it in the fridge for up to 4 days.
