Sastojci: 2 čaše speltinog brašna, 1/2 čaše ječmenog brašna, 1/2 čaše heljdinog brašna, 2 case kisele vode, 10g praska za pecivo, 3g soli, 40ml maslinovog ulja, za posipanje - semenke suncokreta, semenke bundeve, susam, lan.
Priprema:
1. Pomesati speltino brasno, jecmeno brasno, heljdino brasno, prasak za pecivo i so.
2. Dodati ulje, kiselu vodu i sve dobro promešati.
3. Pleh za hleb obložiti papirom za pečenje. Sipati smesu i vlažnom rukom poravnati po površini. Pokriti alu folijom.
4. Posuti semenkama i peći na 220 C oko 60 minuta. Posle 50 minuta pecenja skinuti alu foliju.
5. Pečen hleb uviti u cistu kuhinjsku krpu i ostaviti ga da se potpuno ohladi. Kad se ohladi mozete iseci hleb.
Napomena: jednu istu casu koristiti za suve i za vlazne sastojke.
Ingredients: 2 cups of spelt flour, 1/2 cup of barley flour, 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour, 2 cups of carbonated water, 10g of baking powder, 3g of salt, 40ml of olive oil, for sprinkling - sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds.
Preparation:
1. Mix spelt flour, barley flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Add oil, carbonated water and mix everything well.
3. Cover the bread pan with baking paper. Pour the mixture and smooth it over the surface with a wet hand. Cover with aluminium foil.
4. Sprinkle with seeds and bake at 220 C for about 60 minutes. After 50 minutes of baking, remove the aluminium foil.
5. Wrap the baked bread in a clean kitchen towel and leave it to cool completely. When it cools down, you can cut the bread.
Note: use the same cup for dry and wet ingredients.
