Sastojci: 100g zelenih maslina (bez kostica), 1/2 kašičice estragona (suvog), 1 kašičica soka od limuna, 1 kašičica maslinovog ulja, 2 kasike oraha (mlevenih).
Priprema:
1. Sipajte sve sastojke osim maslinovog ulja u blender i blendajte dok ne dobijete kašastu smesu.
2. Dodati ulje i blendirajte dok ne dobijete jednolicnu smesu.
3. Ostaviti u frižideru 1 sat.
4. Posluzite uz hleb ili krekere.
Ingredients: 100g of green olives (pitted), 1/2 teaspoon of tarragon (dry), 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of walnuts (ground).
Preparation:
1. Pour all ingredients except olive oil into a blender and blend until you get a mushy mixture.
2. Add oil and blend until you get a uniform mixture.
3. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Serve with bread or crackers.
