Sastojci: 600g pileceg filea, za pohovanje - 2 jaja, 120g semenki suncokreta, 100g semenki bundeve, za marinadu - 100ml maslinovog ulja, 3 cena belog luka (izgnjecenog), 1 kasicica aleve slatke paprike ili ljute, po zelji, 1 kasicica estragona (suvog), 1 kasicica timijana (suvog), 1 kasika soka od limuna, rendana kota jednog limuna, morska so, biber.
Priprema:
1. Pomesati sastojke za marinadu i ostaviti sa strane.
2. Pileci file pomesati dobro sa marinadim i ostaviti u frizderu 3h a moze i preko noci.
3. ⅔ semenki suncokreta i bundeve samleti u secku. A ⅓ ostaviti cele.
4. U jednu ciniju sipati brasno. U drugu ciniju umutiti jaja. U trecu staviti sve semenke.
5. Pileci file uvaljati u brasno, pa u jaja pa u semenke.
6. U pleh staviti na papir za pečenje i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220 stepeni od 20 do 30 minuta.
Ingredients: 600g of chicken fillets, for frying - 2 eggs, 120g of sunflower seeds, 100g of pumpkin seeds, for the marinade - 100ml of olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic (crushed), 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder or cayenne pepper powder, if desired, 1 teaspoon of tarragon (dry), 1 tablespoon of thyme (dry), 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, grated rind of one lemon, sea salt, pepper.
Preparation:
1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and set aside.
2. Mix the chicken fillets well with the marinade and leave it in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
3. Grind ⅔ of the sunflower and pumpkin seed. And leave ⅓ whole.
4. Pour flour into a bowl. Beat the eggs in another bowl. Put all the seeds in the third.
5. Roll the chicken fillets in flour, then in eggs and then in seeds.
6. Place in a tray on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
