Bele kokos stanglice (White coconut bars)

Sastojci: 180g secera, 20 g vanilin secera, 200ml vode, 125g margarina (sobne temperature, na kocke), 350g mlevenog keksa, ½ kasicice cimeta, prstohvat kardamona, za fil - 200g secera, 100ml vode, 125g margarina, 200g mleka u prahu, 150g kokosovog brasna, 100g bele cokolade, za posipanje - kokosovo brasno.

Priprema:

0. Pomesati keks, cimet i kardamon.

1. Secer, vanilin secer i vodu sipati u serpicu, kuvati do kljucanja, pa kuvati 5 minuta.

2. Dodati margarin i mesati dok se ne otopi.

Nepecene kocke sa cimetom (No bake cubes with cinnamon)

Sastojci: 240g šećera, 20g vanilin šećera, 80 ml vode, 200 g margarina (iseckan na kocke), 1 kašičica cimeta (u prahu), 200 g mleka u prahu, 70 g rogaca ili kakaoa u prahu, 150 g mlevenog keksa, za posipanje - 1 kasika kakao praha, ½ kašičice cimeta (u prahu).

Priprema:

1. U šerpicu staviti šećer, vanilin šećer i vodu i kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) uz stalno mesanje 3 do 4 minuta. Skloniti sa sporeta.

2. Dodati mleveni cimet i margarin. Mešati dok se svi sastojci ne sjedine.

Keks torta s kikirikijem (Biscuits cake with peanuts)

Sastojci: 1 kg keksa (obicnog, domacica, cokoladnog), 5 kasika secera, 1 L mleka + jos za umakanje keksa, 3 pudinga od vanile, 250g margarina, 200g secera u prahu, 200g cokolade (rendane), 200g kikirikija (mlevenog), 100g mleka u prahu, 120g slaga.

Priprema:

1. U 300ml mleka umutiti puding sa secerom i skuvati u preostalom mleku. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

2. Margarin penasto umutiti sa secerom u prahu.

Frape od banane i borovnica (Banana and blueberry frappe)

Sastojci: 1 veca zrela banana, 200g borovnica, 350-400ml mleka ili mleka u prahu za bebe i 350-400ml vode, 1 kasika meda.

Priprema:

1) Bananu oljustiti i iseci na kolutove.

2) U ciniju staviti sve sastojke i usitniti stapnim mikserom dok ne postane glatko.

Cokolada od mleka

Sastojci: 150g kakao putera, 150g secera u prahu, 110g mleka u prahu, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:

1) Kakao puter iseci na kocke.

2) Na pari, na srednjoj temperaturi (4) otopiti kako puter povremeno mesajuci metalnom kasikom.

3) Dodati secer u prahu i so i promesati da se sjedini.

Rafaelo kuglice (Raffaello balls)

Sastojci: 400g šećera, 200ml vode, 250g margarina, 400g mleka u prahu, 150g kokosa, badem, oljušten

Priprema:

1. Kuvati šećer sa vodom - pustiti da prokljuca i ostaviti nekoliko minuta stalno mesajuci. 

2. Skloniti sa sporeta pa dodati margarin, mleko u prahu i kokos. Sve dobro izmešati i ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi i dobro stegne.

Snezni trouglovi (Snow triangles)

Sastojci: 400g secera, 100ml vode, 250g margarina (isecen na listice), 400ml mleka u prahu, 40g vanilin secera, 1 pakovanje manjih oblandi.

Priprema:
1) Secer staviti u serpu, preliti vodom i pustiti da provri. a zatim odmah skloniti sa sporeta. Dodati margarin, vanilin secer i mleko u prahu. Sve brzo izmesati.
2) Premazati sve oblande osim zadnje. Odozgo staviti celofan  (ili najlon kesu). Poredjati teske knjige. 
3) Ostaviti preko noci, pa seci trouglove.

Ingredients: 400g sugar, 100ml of water, 250g butter (thinly sliced), 400ml milk powder, 40g vanilla sugar, 1 pack of smaller wafers.

Preparation:
1) Put sugar in a saucepan, pour water and let it boil. and then immediately remove from the stove. Add margarine, vanilla sugar and milk powder. All quick stir.
2) Coat all the wafers except the last. From above put the cellophane (or plastic bag). Sort heavy books.

3) Leave overnight and cut triangles.

Bele stanglice (White bars)

Sastojci: za tamni deo - 375g mlevenog keksa, 125g margarina, 200ml vode, 160g secera, 1 kasika kakaoa (opciono), za beli deo - 250g mleka u prahu, 100g kokosa, 200ml vode, 200g secera, 125g margarina.

Priprema:
1) Za tamni deo - u serpu staviti vodu, dodati secer i kuvati 5 minuta. Dodati margarin i mesati dok se ne otopi. Ostaviti da se prohladi. Zatim dodati mleveni keks i (kakao) i dobro promesati.
2) Za beli deo -  u serpu staviti vodu, dodati secer i kuvati 5 minuta. Dodati margarin i mesati dok se ne otopi. Skloniti sa sporeta pa dodati mleko u prahu i kokos. Dobro promesati.
3) Na tacnu staviti tamni deo, preko beli deo, ravnomerno rasporediti. Ostaviti da se ohladi, pa staviti u frizider na nekoliko sati. Seci na stanglice.

Ingredients: for the dark part - 375g plain ground biscuit, 125g margarine, 200ml water, 160g sugar, 1 tbsp cocoa (optional), for the white part - 250g milk powder, 100g coconut flakes, 200ml water, 200g sugar, 125g margarine.

Preparation:
1) For the dark part - in pan, put the water, add sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Add margarine and mix until dissolved. Leave to cool. Then add the ground biscuits and (cocoa) and stir well.
2) For the white part - in pan, put the water, add sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Add margarine and mix until dissolved. Remove from stove and add milk powder and coconut. Stir well.
3) On the tray, put the dark part, then the white part, spread evenly. Allow to cool, then put in the fridge for a few hours. Cut in bars.
