Sastojci: maslenica osnovni recept, za fil - 500g pileceg mesa, 200g šampinjona, 100g rendanog kackavalja (trapist, edamer ili gauda), za preliv, 150g kisele pavlake ili milerama, 50ml jogurta, za premazivanje - 1 jaje, 2 kasike mleka, za posipanje - semenke, ulje.
Priprema:
1. Pripremiti testo za maslenicu.
2. Za nadev - iseckati piletinu na kocke. Pecurke oprati, ocistiti i iseci na listove.
3. U tiganju na malo ulja propziti piletinu na srednjoj temperaturi (4).
4. Kada je piletina skoro przena dodati pecurke i prziti dok ne postanu mekane i braon na ivicama, oko 10 minuta.
5. Na krug maslenice staviti fil i dodati kackavalj. Testo presaviti i viljuškom pritisnuti ivice.
6. Maslenice premažite umućenim jajetom sa mlekom i posuti semenkama.
7. Stavite ih u pleh oblozen papirom za pečenje ili namazite margarinom i pospite sa malo brasna i peci u prergodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 15 minuta dok maenice ne porumene.
8. Za preliv - pomesati kiselu pavlaku ili mileram i jogurt.
9. Maslenice preliti ovom mesavinom.

Preparation:
1. Prepare the milky dough.
2. For the filling - cut the chicken into cubes. Wash, clean and cut the mushrooms into leaves.
3. Fry the chicken in a pan with a little oil at a medium temperature (4).
4. When chicken is almost done add the mushrooms and fry until they become soft and brown on the edges, about 10 minutes.
5. Put the filling on the circle of milky dough and add the yellow cheese. Fold the dough and press the edges with a fork.
6. Coat the milky dough with beaten egg and milk and sprinkle with seeds.
7. Place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper or spread with margarine and sprinkle with a little flour and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 15 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
8. For the topping - mix sour cream or mileram and yoghurt.
9. Pour this mixture over the milky dough.
