Sastojci: 120g smrznutog bobicastog voca (jagode, maline, borovnice, kupine, aronija, suve brusnice), 250ml mleka (manje masti), 2 kasike grckog jogurta ili svapskog sira (kvark), ½ banane, 30g proteina surutke sa ukusom po zelji (zavisi koje bobicasto voce ste izabrali ili sta imate).
Priprema:
1. Stavite sve sastojke u blender i blendajte dok ne postane glatko.
Ingredients: 120g of frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, chokeberry, dried cranberries), 250ml of milk (less fat), 2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese (quark), ½ banana, 30g of whey protein with a flavor of your choice (it depends on which berry fruit you chose or what you have).
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
