2. Pour lemon and orange juice into a saucepan and add the swollen gelatin. Heat on low (2 of 6) or medium-low (3 of 6), stirring just until gelatin is completely dissolved.

For the meat:

• 500 g of ground beef
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of ground paprika powder 
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil

For the burgers:

• 14 mini burger buns* (see note)
• 14 leaves of lettuce 
• 14 leaves of cheddar cheese
• 1 small red onion (optional)
• 2-4 pickles
• 14 thin rings of pepperoni or tea sausage (cured, smoked sausage)
• 3-4 tablespoons of ketchup

For decoration:

Preparation:

1. Put the ground beef in a bowl and add salt, pepper and ground pepper. Mix briefly, without kneading the meat too much, until the spices are evenly distributed. Then immediately shape patties.

Vocne zele bombone (Fruit jelly candies)

Mogu biti vegan.

Sastojci (za oko 40 manjih bombona): 200 ml voćnog soka ili voćnog pirea (malina, jagoda, pomorandža, višnja, limun, mango i sl.), 60–80 g šećera (po ukusu i slatkoći voća), 20 g želatina u prahu (ili 12 g agar-agara za vegansku verziju), 1 kašika soka od limuna, za valjanje bombona - sećer u prahu ili kristal šećer (opciono).

Priprema:

1. U manju šerpu sipati voćni sok ili pire i dodati šećer. Zagrevati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) dok se šećer potpuno ne otopi. Ne treba da provri jako, već samo da bude toplo.

2. Želatin preliti sa 4 kašike hladne vode i ostaviti 5–10 minuta da nabubri.

Osnovna kolicina

Sastojci: 1 kg jabuka, 1 kg krušaka, 1,5 l hladne vode.

- Voće zrelo, slatko, bez oštećenja. 

- Ne koristiti kiselo ili nezrelo voće.

Priprema:

1. Jabuke i kruške dobro oprati pod mlazom vode.

2. Oljuštiti voće (preporučljivo za uzrast 1–3 godine). Ukloniti semenke i tvrde delove.

Slatki bademov namaz (Sweet almond spread)

Sastojci (za oko 300 g namaza): 250 g sirovih badema (oljuštenih ili sa ljuskom) 20 g javorovog sirupa, (ili 20 g meda / 25 g urminog sirupa), 10 g hladno ceđenog bademovog ili suncokretovog ulja, 1 g fine morske soli (≈ ¼ kašičice), 5 g vanila ekstrakta ili 3 g praha od burbon vanile (opciono).

Priprema:

A) Pečenje badema

1. Rernu zagrej na 170 °C.

2. Bademi se rasporede u jednom sloju na pleh i peku 10–12 minuta, uz jedno mešanje na polovini.

Slatki voz 1 lokomotiva + 3 vagona (Sweet train 1 locomotive + 3 wagons)

Sastojci (za lokomotivu + 3 vagona): 12 kriški hleb od celih zrna  integralnog hleba ili raženog hleba, 6 kašika krem sira ili biljnog namaza - slatki bademov namaz ili slatkog jogurt krema, 1 banana (isečena na kolutove), 12 jagoda (isečenih na četvrtine), 1/2 šolje borovnica ili malina, 1/4 šargarepe i 1 kriska jabuke (tanke trakice za jarbol ili dimnjak), 12 mini grožđa ili maslina (za zastavicu ili svetla), 12 čačkalica, malo meda ili javorovog sirupa (za decu stariju od 1 godine).

Priprema:

A) Lokomotiva:

1. Donju krišku hleba premažite 1 kašikom krem sira ili biljnim namazom ili jogurt kremom.

2. Složite kolutove banane i nekoliko četvrtina jagoda.

Domaci sprajt (Homemade sprite)

Sastojci: 15 ml soka od limuna (svezeg), 15 ml soka od limete (svezeg), 30-50 ml obicnog sirupa, 180 ml kisele vode, 4-5 kockica leda.

Ako ne stavljate led stavite 230 ml vode umesto 180 ml.

Priprema:

1. Napraviti obican sirup.

2. Pomesati sve sastojke u casi i promesati.

Medeni kolacici sa djumbirom (Honey cookies with ginger)

Sastojci: 550g brasna, 150g secera, 30g vanilin secera, 150g meda, 250g margarina (sobne temperature), 1 jaje, 1 kasicica cimeta, 1 kasicica djumbira u prahu, 1 kasicica karanfilica u prahu, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone.

Priprema:

1) U ciniji pomesati brasno, secer, vanilin secer, cimet, karanfilic, djumbir i sodu bikarbonu.

2) U drugoj ciniji umutiti jaje i margarin. Dodati med i promesati.

3) Postepeno dodavati mesavinu brasna i mesati.

Pileca pasteta sa maslinama (Chicken pate with olives)

Sastojci: 300-400g pilecih grudi, 2 cena belog luka (sitno seckanog), 10 maslina (bez kostica), 3 kasike lista persuna (svezeg i sitno seckanog) ili 3 kasicice suvog, 1 kasika lista celera (svezeg i sitno seckanog) ili 1 kasicica suvog, 1/2 kasike mirodjije (sveze i sitno seckane) ili 1/2 kasicice suve, 1 kasika soka od limuna (svezeg), 1 kasika senfa, 1/3 kocke za supu, maslinovo ulje.

Priprema:

1) Pilece grudi skuvati u vodi. Ocediti. Kocku supe staviti u 500ml i kuvati 10 minuta.
